"We'll get going Dion. I'll see you guys later." Sabi ni Kyst at hinila na ako paalis. Mukhang nakumbinsi ko siyang sumama sa mga kaibigan niya mamaya.
"Do you really want me to go?" He asked me and I nodded. I want him to have fun with his friends. "Then you'll go with me."
"Good morning." Bati ko sa mga tao sa loob ng van nang makapasok kami ni Kyst. "It's for you and your friends Kyst. I promised when you told me to pick you up, I'll pick you up." Sabi ko sa kanya ng makaupo kami sa dulo ng van. Ipinatong ko ang ulo ko sa balikat niya. Nakakapagod.
"You want me to go. You'll go with me Lovelle." He said that made me look at him. Ayaw niyang magpatalo.
"Alright. I'll go with you but I'll remain inside my car." I gave up on convincing him. Parang hindi siya mabubuhay ng hindi ako nakikita.
"Then I'll stay in your car too." Sabi niya kaya napaayos ako ng upo at sinamaan siya ng tingin.
"You're so clingy Kyst. Hindi mo ba kayang makasurvive ng wala ako sa paningin mo?" Tanong ko sa kanya at nginitian niya ako sa hindi malamang dahilan at hinila ako ng yakap. Minsan nakakaubos din siya ng pasensya.
"I can but I want you to be with me." He whispered to me that it sent butterflies on my stomach.
"Fine, I'll go with you." Pagpayag ko sa gusto niya saka napa buntong hininga.
"What about we ditch them and just go on a date?" Tanong niya kaya naman humiwalay ako sa yakap niya at pinitik ang noo niya.
"You're going to ditch your friends to go on a date with me?" Hindi makapaniwala na tanong ko sa kanya. "Don't do that. Let's do your other plan tomorrow."
"You mean we'll go on a date tomorrow?" He asked excitedly kaya natawa ako sa kanya.
"Whatever you call it." Sabi ko at isinandal ang ulo sa braso niya.
"Magdadate kayo? Sama kami." Sabi ni Kielle na nakasilip sa amin.
"No." Kyst and I said in unison. Why would they go with us?
"Why? Sama kami!" Nagpupumilit na sabi ni Kielle kaya napangiwi ako.
"Kielle, stop bothering them. How can you call their date, a date when you guys are with them." Sabi ni Kiel kaya nakasimangot na umayos ng upo si Kielle. Mukhang napagtanto niya ang ginagawa niya.
"I thought you guys had no plan for today?" Narinig kong tanong ni Kuya Klyr.
"We don't but I'm going with him later. He'll meet with his friends." Sagot ko kay Kuya Klyr.
"Bakit kailangang kasama ka pa?" Tanong ni Hillary kaya tinignan ko si Kyst bago sumagot.
"He wants me to go with him. He'll not go there without me." Sagot ko kay Hillary. "Can you tell him to go there without me?"
"Just go with him, Love." Narinig ko na sabi ni River kaya napasimangot ako. Sana hindi na lang tinanong kung bakit kasama pa ako kung hindi rin naman nila sasabihan si Kyst na uwan ako sa bahay.
"How can they convince me when you didn't?" Tanong sa akin ni Kyst ngunit di ko na siya pinansin. "Love, let's not go there."
"Adriel. Why do I feel like I'm taking you away from them? Hindi ba pwedeng pumunta ka muna sa kanila tapos saka ka babalik sa akin?" Tanong ko sa kanya. I'm voicing my thoughts to him. "Can you understand me? You should spend time with others. You're always with me. Baka magsawa ka sa akin, hindi pwede yon."
"That's impossible. You're not taking me away from them. I already told them that I can't come with them last week but you insisted. So let's go together. Hindi naman ako magsasawa sayo wag kang mag alala." He said while smiling and patted my head. After what he said we both got quiet until we reached the restaurant.
We're now eating and as usual they're talking about things.
"Tapos na ng college pwede na magpakasal." Sabi sa akin ni Hillary kaya bored ko siyang tinignan. "You'll marry the oldest Panganiban."
"Are you willing to marry the oldest panganiban?" Tanong ni Tita Ana sa akin kaya umiling ako. I don't want to marry Ashton for God's sake! "You don't want to marry my Adriel?"
I look at Adriel who's still eating silently. He doesn't have even the slightest emotion on his face. "He's not the oldest Panganiban Tita." Sabi ko kay Tita at sumulyap kay Ashton saka ibinalik ang tingin kay Kyst. "But I didn't say that I don't want to marry Kyst."
"Mom, let's not talk about that thing. Can't you remember the day you pranked them? They fought about marrying the oldest." Pag papaalala ni Heira kay Tita noong nangyari noong nakaraang linggo. And that became their topic for the whole 30 minutes.
"Should I marry the oldest Panganiban, Kyst?" I whispered to him jokingly.
"Do what you want." Masungit na sagot sa akin ni Kyst kaya pinigilan kong mapangiti.
"Ayaw mo na sa akin? Sige, lalayo muna ako sayo." Sabi ko at bahagyang inilayo ang upuan ko sa kaniya. I'm having fun teasing him. "You should go alone later."
"Panoorin nyo mamaya Montego saka Panganiban na tawagan niyan." Sabi ni Heira kaya napatingin ako sa kaniya at natawa.
"Should I call him Panganiban?" Natatawang tanong ko kay Heira saka ibinalik ang tingin kay Kyst na mukhang galit. Bahagya kong inilapit ang upuan ko sa kanya. I tried to hold his hand but I failed. "Are you mad at me? I was just joking."
"You shouldn't joke around me Montego. We're not close enough." Sabi niya kaya napangiwi ako. He's really mad at me.
"I'll keep that in mind Panganiban. Enjoy yourself later." Sabi ko sa kanya at ibinaling sa iba ang tingin ko. "Please don't mind that."
"Hala hindi na tuloy date nyo bukas? Sayang naman susundan sana namin kayo." Sabi ni Kielle kaya napatingin ako sa kaniya. Desisyon ba sya? Saka anong susundan?
"Thank you for informing us that you'll follow us tomorrow." Sabi ko kay Kielle saka hinarap si Kyst. "We should go when they're all asleep."
"Anytime you want." He said casually. Kyst and I became quiet and just continued eating after he talked.
"Hey Collene. Look, it's your boyfriend and his mistress." I heard a very familiar voice and name but I didn't pay attention to it.
"Hala Kuya nandito ex mo." Narinig kong sabi ni Heira kaya napatingin ako kay Kyst na walang pakialam sa paligid. He's still eating peacefully after hearing that his ex is here. I continued eating too not until someone grabbed my hair. Everyone on our table suddenly stood up.
"Sto causing a scene here Monterde." Kyst said to Collene while we're both trying to remove Collene's hands on my hair. Fortunately we succeeded. I fixed my hair before looking at Collene.
"What did I do to you? I'm eating here peacefully then you'll suddenly grab my hair!" Inis ngunit kalmadong sabi ko sa kanya. Kyst is holding my hand.
"You know that Adriel already has a girlfriend but look at you! You're still leeching on him!" She shouted and made the other customer look at us.
"Fuck Collene. Can you wake up from reality now. Kyst and you are already done years before I came into the picture." I said to her, still controlling my anger.
"I don't know your name, Missy, short for mistress, but what are you saying? They just got back together and then I saw the both of you at the airport. You're a slut." Collene's friend named Kianna said.
"What made you think that we have a relationship? You even sent my and Kyst's picture to Collene without our consent. Do you know that I can file you a case because of that? And oh I'm not a slut." I said to her, I'm pissed. "You talked to me at the airport but you didn't know my name when he called me in front of you. I'll introduce myself to you. My name is Lovelle Montego."
"Y-you're a Montego?" Utal na tanong ni Kianna.
"No. I'm not a Montego. I'm a Grison." I said sarcastically. It's my first time saying my middle name to other people because the surname Montego is powerful enough.
"Kianna. What are you saying about my daughter? My daughter is not a slut." My Mom said to Kianna that it made me calm a bit. She knows Kianna?
"S-she's your daughter Tita Lia?" Gulat na tanong ni Kianna kay Mom.
"Are you okay, Love?" Kyst asked me when he faced me. I nod as my answer.
"I'm fine. Aren't we fighting a while ago?" Natatawang pag iiba ko ng topic. "Remember what I told you. You'll go alone later."
"I heard that your parents are here too, Collene." I heard Tito say to Collene that caught my attention.
"Yes. They have a meeting later with the CEO of Lorenzo." Collene said to Tito that made me look at Ashton.
"Kuya, aren't you the Ceo of Lorenzo?" Tanong ni Kyst kay Ashton.
"Yes but a cousin of mine is acting as a CEO of it right now." Sagot ni Ashton kay Kyst.
"Sweetie. You all should celebrate your graduation somewhere. We'll just short things out here." Sabi ni Mommy sa akin at tumingin kay Kyst at sa iba.
"We'll just go home, Tita." Sabi ni Kyst kay Mom at hinila ako palabas ng restaurant. And as Kyst said to my mom we all go home.
It's been a week since the incident with Collene happened. The whole week Kyst and I just stayed at home while the others did what they wanted. And today is Ashton's graduation, not just his graduation but the revelation too. This day is gonna be a very special day.
"I'm nervous, Adriel." Sabi ni Ashton kay Kyst. We're on our way to his university.
"Everyone is nervous, Kuya." Sabi ni Kyst kay Ashton. I had no idea not how they would execute their plan.
"Kyst. I'll tell you something later at dinner." I whispered to Kyst.
"You can tell it now, why would you tell it later?" Tanong ni Kyst kaya natawa ako. Sana hindi ko pala muna sinabi.
"Later, Kyst. Let's focus on Ashton and your parents first." I said to him and looked outside the window.
When we arrived there Ashton was greeted by his friends.
"You're with your girlfriend? The girl you're always with. She's your girlfriend right?" One of his friends asked.
"You mean Lovelle. She's not my girlfriend. Don't talk about her, my brother will get jealous." Sagot ni Ashton sa kaibigan niya kaya natatawa akong tumingin kay Kyst. "This is Prier, my girlfriend and there's my brother Adriel and Lovelle."
"You have a brother? We thought you're an only child and she's your brother's girlfriend?" Tanong ng isa sa mga kaibigan ni Ashton nang matapos silang makipag kamay kay Prier. I don't know the names of his friends.
"I'll explain that matter next time. The ceremony is going to start." He said to them. They went to their respective seats and after that the ceremony began shortly. Tita and Tito came up to the stage with him and the picture that was captured on stage was their first picture together as they reunited.
We ate lunch and dinner together. And dinner is the time they'll tell their parents about Ashton being Kuya Klyston.
"Mom, Dad. I already found Kuya Klyston." Kyst revealed it to his parents. "He just graduated a while ago."
"What are you saying Adriel? When did you find your brother? Where is he?" Natataranta na sabi ni Tita.
"Kuya help me here. I don't know what to say anymore." Kyst said to Ashton. I was holding the DNA test so I gave it to Kyst and he gave it to his Father. "That's the DNA test result that was taken 3 weeks ago."
Everyone of us is quiet as they read the result of the DNA test. Then Tita Ana suddenly rushed to Ashton then hugged him and cry her heart out. "We finally found you!"
