It's been a month since we started reviewing for the board exam. We rarely leave the house. We stayed a week at our house then a week at their house and so on.
"Who are you?" I heard Lovelle talking to someone. I just finished taking a shower. "What do you need from Kyst?" She said and glanced at me. I walked towards her and lay beside her.
"Who's that?" I asked her as I planted small kisses on her neck. "You sound pissed." I said and instead of talking she put the phone on loudspeaker.
"Who are you? Tell him I'm pregnant." I heard Ate Tine's voice, which made me grab my phone from Lovelle's hand.
"What is the meaning of that Panganiban?" Lovelle asked, which made me look at her. She's looking at me seriously. Oh damn.
"Of course not. I should really let you meet my whole family." I said and hugged her. "Ate Tine. Why do you need to say it to me? You made my girlfriend pissed." I said to her and I heard her laugh.
"Oh that's Lovelle? Say to her that I say 'hi'. You should let us meet her. Dianne was nagging me telling me to go there." Ate Tine said, which made me look at Lovelle who has a calm expression now. "I'll drop the call now. Tell me if she agreed to meet with Dianne."
"I thought you got someone pregnant." Lovelle said and sighed. "Let's sleep. I'm so tired." She said but my phone rang again which she answered.
"Bae, how are you? I missed you. I thought you'll meet me tonight?" I heard Kiara said, which made me look at Lovelle who's glaring at me again and sighed.
"Adriel, explain." Lovelle said and sat down. Oh, I hate my cousins. "Explain or I'll go home."
"Babe, she's my cousin." I said and sat down too then held her hand but she slapped my hand away. "Kiara ano nanaman to? Trip nyo ba ako?"
"Bae, what are you saying? And who's with you?" Kiara said, which made me sighed. "Are you cheating on me?"
"Kiara for fuck's sake stop. Pangalawa ka na." I said irritatedly. "Stop this or I'll tell Silver about this. My girlfriend and I want a peaceful night."
"Fine, I'll stop. But can you let us meet her? Silver said she's beautiful and kind, I want to be friends with her. Let me meet her." She said before I dropped the call then someone called again. Another cousin of mine, damn.
"Sianna, don't start with me." I quickly talked after Lovelle answered the call. "If Ate Tine, Kiara and you are in this together I swear I really won't let you all meet her."
"You're cousins? Who won't you let me meet, baby?" She asked, which made me click my tongue, in annoyance. "Hey baby. Still there?"
"Do you want to meet my cousin's, babe?" I asked Lovelle not to mind Sianna's question. She didn't answer me and answered another call. "Oh for fuck's sake stop calling me. I think my girlfriend is mad at me now."
"What are you saying sweetie? Who's girlfriend? Did you have a mistress when I'm away? I just shoot a movie then you already have one." Amelia said on the other line. That's it, I'm done. I want to throw my phone on the wall.
"Fine. I'll let you guys meet her if she agrees. Stop calling me names. Nakakadiri kayo." I said and I heard people laughing on the other line. They're together.
"Kuya. Tell Ate Love to go here. Let's have a sleepover here!" Heira shouted at the other line.
"We're not going there." I said and dropped the call. "I'm sorry, babe. My cousin's are having fun teasing me. They're really eager to meet you."
She was about to talk when someone called again. "I don't have much free time so if she agrees to meet us, tell me so I can adjust my schedule."
"We'll go there tonight. Just send the address to Kyst." She said then we heard shouting at the phone. What's the plan of these girls? Ah, they're stressing me. "I'll drop the call. We'll be there."
"Babe, are you sure? You don't need to meet them just because they want to meet you." I said to her but she just shook her head and stood up. "Lovelle, talk to me. You don't need to meet them if you don't want to. Let's stay here, you said a while ago that you're so tired." I said as I followed her to the bathroom.
"Babe, it's fine. I would love to meet you cousins." She said and smiled at me. "You should get dressed. I'll take a quick shower. Prepare me something to wear." She said and stripped in front of me. "Don't look at me like that, Adriel. I'm tired. Just get our clothes." She said, irritatedly, which made me chuckle and just face the closet.
When she finished showering and dressing up I drove us to our ancestral house where my cousins are staying. They usually do this when they're all free. When we arrived Dianne was waiting for me at the door.
"Is that you Tita Love? You're so beautiful." Dianne complemented her and clung into her arm. Didn't even bother to greet me. "Tita, how is it to be with Tito Adriel? He's boring right?" She asked which made Lovelle and I laughed.
"It's fun to be with your Tito Adriel. We did so many things together so It's not really boring." She answered her and then glanced at me. We arrived at the living room and all of their attention was on us. Only the girls were in the living room. Where's Kuya and the boys? I have a feeling that I'll get kicked out.
"Love? Another Grison is in the house." Selianna said and walked towards us. "You're close with her already, D."
"Kiel is here?" Lovelle whispered at me, so I nodded. "That's why he's nagging you a while ago."
"Babe meet my cousins." I said and introduced them one-by-one. "I think that's all the girls? The boys weren't here."
"They're in the garden, drinking. That means you should be there too." Ate Tine said, which made me sighed. I knew it. "Go Adriel. We'll take care of Love."
"You all just met my girlfriend yet you want me to leave her alone with all of you? No, I won't leave her side."
"Babe it's fine. Sheina and the others are here." She said and sat on the sofa. "Don't tell me you really won't leave my side?"
"Yes. They just made you pissed a while ago. I hate them." I said to them and they all just laughed at me.
"It's fine, babe. Don't worry about me." She said and leaned her back at the backrest of the sofa. She's really tired.
"Go, Adriel. Leave her with us. Parang di mo naman kami kilala." Kiara said, which made me look at her.
"That's why I can't leave her alone with you. I know you guys well." I said to them and faced Lovelle again. "We should have just slept at home."
"Lovelle, Adriel. You guys are here." I heard Kuya's voice. "Let's go to the garden, Adriel. Leave Lovelle here." He said and the others agree with him.
"Fine." I said and sighed in defeat. "I'll just go to the garden. Call me when you need me, alright? I love you."
"I love you more." She said, I bent over to kiss her. "Don't drink too much." She said and kissed me.
"Noted. Take care." I said and stood straight then walked to Kuya. "I thought you're in Canada?"
"They called me three days ago and informed me about this."
I drank with them for an hour before I excused myself to check Lovelle. I went to the living room but I couldn't see Lovelle there. "Where's my girlfriend?"
"Dianne was sleepy and she wanted Love with her so they went upstairs together. Love looks sleepy and tired too so we let them go." Amelia answered me, "why are you looking for her?"
"Checking. She was really tired a while ago but you guys started calling me, calling me names." I said and rolled my eyes. "It's good that you guys let her go. Where are they?"
"Check your room. Dianne will be too lazy to go in her room since it's far." Ate Tine answered me. I thanked her before going upstairs, straight to my room and there I saw Lovelle and Dianne sleeping on my bed.
I went to the other side of the bed and lay myself there. I extended my arm to caress Lovelle's cheeks but Dianne was moving too much, which made me go out of the bed. "Babe, where are you going?" I heard Lovelle's voice, which made me look at her while I was carrying Dianne.
"I'll just put Dianne in her room. I'll be back quickly." I said and walked away. I tucked Dianne at her bed then walked back to my room. "You should continue sleeping." I said and locked the door.
"Let's sleep together." She said and lay in the bed again. I laid beside her and to my shock she suddenly went on top of me. "I'll sleep here." She said but she was moving a lot.
"Lovelle stop moving. Can't you feel my friend down there?" I asked her because I feel so turned on. "Just lay on the bed. I drank quite a lot, Lovelle."
"I can but I want to be here. Control yourself, babe." She said and chuckled. Is she teasing me? I thought she's tired? "Your cousins are fun to be with. It makes me feel less tired."
"That's why you have the energy to turn me on like this." I said and groaned when she moved again. "Lovelle. Stop teasing me if you don't want to get tired tonight."
"Babe, I want a kiss." She said and pouted. She's really testing me. "Give me a kiss, babe."
"I'll give it to you but we'll sleep after it." I said and gave her a peck of kiss but she suddenly moved her lips. "Stop it, babe." I said but she didn't listen to me.
"Love. Are you sleeping?" I heard Amelia's voice from outside then her knocks. Lovelle kissed me on cheeks then stood up. She walked to the door while I covered myself with a comforter. "Is Dianne already asleep?"
"Yeah. She's already in her room." I heard her answer Amelia, while I sighed trying to calm myself. "What do you need?"
"Adriel carried her to her room? Where's Adriel? Let's go back to the living room."
"She won't go back to the living room. We'll be sleeping." I said then I heard Lovelle laughed. "Don't laugh at me. Go back here. Let's sleep."
"Why are you covered with a comforter, Adriel?" Amelia asked and Lovelle laughed. How dare she.
"Don't mind him. Let's go back to the living room."
"Lovelle." I called her and glared at her but she didn't mind me and walked away. I calmed myself for a couple of minutes before following them. "Do we have ice cream in the fridge?"
"None. We forgot to buy. Why do you want one?" Ate Tine answered me so I nodded. "I can tell someone to buy you."
"I'll buy it myself. I'll get going." I said and started walking.
"I'll go with—no." I cutted Lovelle and continued walking. "Why? I want ice cream too." She said but I didn't mind her. I drove my car to the nearest convenience store and bought chocolate ice creams and 2 vanilla flavored ice creams then went home.
"That fast?" Amelia asked when she saw me. I put the plastic bag on the table and got chocolate and vanilla ice cream and walked away.
"Where's my vanilla ice cream? Bakit si Sheina lang meron?" I heard Lovelle ask, which made me smile. "Babe, where's mine? You don't love me anymore?" She asked, which made me look back at her.
"Oh come on, babe. Can ice cream prove my love for you?" I asked and she chuckled before nodding. "Really? Come here. Here's your ice cream. We'll buy more tomorrow."
"I won't sleep in the guestroom, I'll cuddle with you to sleep tonight." She said, which made my eyebrow furrowed. "Is there something wrong?"
"Who told you to sleep in the guestroom?" I asked her and looked around to see Amelia looking away. "Amelia."
"I just suggested it since it's like you're irritated with her." Amelia said and looked at me then Lovelle. "Right, Love? I suggested it after you leave."
"Yeah. Let's go to your room, Adriel." Lovelle said and pulled me upstairs. "She suggested it para kusa kang lumapit sa akin."
"I understand." I said and opened the door. "Let's sleep after eating." The both of us ate ice cream until we finished it.
"I love you, Kyst." She said and kissed me.
