The next morning we woke up early because she was hungry then after that we went straight to the living room and watched a movie there but she fell asleep.
"So gorgeous." I whispered and kissed her forehead then continued watching the movie but I didn't really finish it because I also fell asleep. When I woke up it wasn't really good because we learned that Collene and her parents are coming over. Why do they need to come over?
"None. How about you? Do you have a plan?" I answered Lovelle with another question and she shook her head. "Why are they here in the first place?"
"To arrange your marriage with Collene." River said and Hillary asked to confirm.
"She's not joking. We're really here for that." I heard Collene's voice which darkened my mood. I thought Dad and I already talked about this?
"I have a plan now, Kyst. We'll get out of here. I can't let you have an arranged marriage with her, babe." She said, which kinda lightened my mood.
"You're suggesting to run away. Then let's run away, babe." I said and started walking. "Let's go then." I said to Lovelle but Collene misunderstood me and thought I said it to her. "You? You misunderstood me. I was talking to Love."
Lovelle and I went downstairs. We saw Mom and the others in the living room but we didn't mind them. I don't have energy to deal with them but Dad asks where we are going.
"Somewhere you can't find us when you still insist on arranging my marriage to Collene." I said and dragged her to the outside but Dad stopped us.
"What are you talking about Son? We already talked about that, right? We'll let you choose who you're going to marry." Dad said, which made me look at Collene who just arrived. Damn her. She's getting on my nerves these days.
We went to the dining room after we talked. We ate lunch while they talked about business.
"Your daughter, Lovelle will handle the hospital in the near future right?" Kuya's Tita asked Tita Lia. I don't think I like where this talk will go.
"Probably. She's the only child I have."
"How about arranging Ashton and Lovelle's marriage since they have known each other for years now." Kuya's Tita said and Kuya told him about Prier and about Lovelle and I's relationship. "Yours and Lovelle's relationship is stronger than your own relationships right now."
"Excuse me." I excused myself and walked as fast as I could. My mind was full of what ifs as I'm walking to her room. I sat on the side of her bed and thought of what Kuya's Tita said.
"Babe." She called me as she locked the door. We had a talk then as I'm talking she suddenly pushed me, causing me to lay in the bed and started tickling me, so I did the same. I stopped tickling her when both of us were catching our breaths.
Kuya, Kuya Klyr and Sydnie went to fetch us then we went back to the kitchen. Then the next thing I knew Lovelle was driving us to a clinic to consult an Ob/gyne.
"Good afternoon too. Where's Doctor Trisha?" Lovelle asked a staff member who greeted her. When she opened the door a familiar face came to my sight but I can’t remember where and when I met her.
"Lovelle, what do you need? This is rare, you visit my clinic without an appointment." Doc Trisha said,
"Wala bang good afternoon?" She asked Doc Trisha, which made me pinched her. Disrespectful. "Ouch. Why are you pinching me?"
"Be formal and talk respectfully, Lovelle."
"Where's my good afternoon Doc Trisha?" She said, which made me call her name with a threatening voice but she just laughed at me and kissed the Doctor. It turns out that Doc Trisha is her Tita.
"I'm Adriel Panganiban. Sheina's cousin and Lovelle's friend." I introduced myself. I didn’t mean to introduce myself as just her friend of course but we talked about keeping our relationship secret until they found out about it. And let them find out about it by themselves.
"You and Lovelle are just really friends?" Doc Trisha asked, which made me speechless. I don’t know what to answer her. "Why are you laughing, Lovelle?"
"Nothing. We're not friends. I don't have any friends beside Ashton, Sydnie, Gia and Cristy." She denied me being her friend then changed the topic.
They talked for minutes then Kiel and Sheina went out with a nurse, while Tita walked to us.
"So, you said he's not your friend. What is he to you then?" Tita Trisha asked Lovelle.
"I know that you can keep a secret so I'll tell you in exchange for keeping all what happened today. I trust you, Tita." Lovelle said and leaned forward. "He's my boyfriend." After she said that we had a small talk then Tita left. We both got busy with our own phones. I was chatting with my friends.
Alex: Meet up?
Gon: Can't today.
Dion: I'm busy with something.
Arthur: Where?
Justin: I'm on a date rn.
Red: Let's drink. I'll pay for it.
Dusk: Silver, Teal, Gray and I are together right now but we can't go there to have a meet up.
Adriel: Can't. I'm with Lovelle.
I chatted then looked at Lovelle who's talking to someone on the phone. I listened to their conversation because it's on the loudspeaker.
"You're not gonna go to my graduation?" I whispered to her as I heard her friend ask if she couldn't move her flight.
I waited for Lovelle to finish talking to her friend before asking her about things and when she finished the door opened revealing them. Revealing Sheina who's crying but she seems happy.
"I'm pregnant, Lovelle." Sheina said to Lovelle. They talked about pregnancy with her cousin, Three who just arrived. An hour passed just like that and we needed to go.
"How about me? You're not gonna ask what my craving is?" I asked, talking like a baby and she laughed at me.
"Are you pregnant too? Just kidding, babe." She said, which made me grin. It slipped out of her mouth. Sheina and Kiel became suspicious as they heard her.
"Just focus on driving, babe." I said in a flirty manner so the two will be quiet.
When we arrived at their house, we went straight to the kitchen. I helped her bake then we went to her room as we finished doing it.
"You guys are not best friends anymore? So you guys are friends with benefits now?" Kiel asked and he received a pillow from Lovelle. They're talking about our relationship. "Bakit? Totoo naman ah. You guys when to shower together."
"Lovelle and I were together." I told them, "If you're curious since when we're together, it's just last night."
They're talking about our relationship when the door opened, which made the four of us quiet. I watched Lovelle as she chuckled because of watching Kiel and Sheina, while the others asked questions.
"Look at them babe. They're so cute." She whispered as she leaned to my chest.
"Babe? Why are you calling Kuya Adriel babe?" Heira asked, which made Lovelle look at me.
"I think you misheard me. I didn't say babe." She denied then looked up to me again. She fed me then looked at them again.
"What the fuck are you doing?" I asked as I saw Collene crawling towards me.
"Why are you suddenly crawling on my bed?" Lovelle asked and went out of the bed so I did the same. I didn't mind what Collene answered her and just stood in front of Lovelle who just sat at the edge of the bed.
I didn't manage to make Collene leave but River did. We had a dinner date when they're busy talking to Kiel and Sheina and when we got home they're drinking.
"Sheina, stop. You've been nagging Lovelle since we got here." I told Sheina as she kept bothering us when we arrived until now. I mean it's fine but I can't have a peaceful drinking session with the boys. "Sheina Panganiban!"
"We'll go to my room. Don't drink too much." Lovelle said to me. She said it to others too then they walked away.
"Be honest with me, Adriel. I saw you kiss her forehead a while ago. Tell me, are you guys together?" Kuya asked but I didn't answer him and just drank. "I'm your brother, Adriel. Come on, tell me."
"Don't meddle with my lovelife, Kuya."
"I see that you're making my cousin so happy these days, Adriel. Keep doing that, I don't want to see her cry." Kuya Klyr said and drank his shot. "That girl is a cry baby but she always fights with someone because of her temper."
"Same old Lovelle." I commented and then looked at Lovelle and Sheina who's walking towards us.
"Just order for everyone, Kyst. Sheina didn't eat dinner because she liked the food on the table a while ago." Lovelle explained why Sheina isn't full yet because she wants lasagna. "Go to Kiel first. Kyst and I will just talk." She said to Sheina and dragged me inside their house, which made me confused. She stopped dragging me then hugged me.
We hugged each other for a couple of minutes because she wanted to.
"What a scene. You two look so sweet together but we can't deny the fact that he's not yours because he's mine." Collene said as we looked at her, still hugging.
"Hello Collene." Lovelle greeted and even waved her hand at her. "Are we really sweet? Should we be sweeter than we are right now?" And there after a few exchanging of words and Lovelle kissed me, Collene tried to grab her but I'm fast enough to stop her.
"I already warned you, Collene. I let you pass several times but I can't let you pass this time. I have told you countless times to stop bugging me and just move on with your life. It's been three years since we broke up and it's been three years since you're doing this kind of act. Hindi ka ba napapagod? Hindi ka ba nahihiya para sa pamilya mo o kaya sa sarili mo man lang?" I asked in all seriousness. I'm done bottling my bad feelings for her, I don't care about her emotions this time. What I care about is Lovelle. I just listen to her answers, explanations, and reasons. "Because I can't watch her getting hurt because of you, because of me. I treated you that way before because I'm the only one who's affected by you, but now she's affected too. I love her so much that I can't let you treat her the way she doesn't deserve. So please, just please stop." I begged her.
After that scenario I just found ourselves in Tita's office because Sheina wants us to be with them. They're talking about her pregnancy.
"I think Tita Aimie will be happy." I answer Mom's question on what will Sheina's Mom feel if she knows that her daughter is pregnant. "I mean she didn't fail to mention it since we're at college." After what I said they talked about Tito Gustavo's reaction, while Lovelle leaned on my shoulder and yawned. Ah, my Lovelle is sleepy.
"Lovelle, Adriel. You guys kissed last night, right?" Mom asked after Lovelle and I had a small talk.
"Mom, what are you talking about?" I asked Mom confusedly because she's busy crying because of Kuya that night.
We tried to deny our relationship to them but we couldn't because of Three, Three said that we're together already. After the talk we went to her room and had a small talk before sleeping.
The next few days were enjoyable even though we really didn't do a thing. I just cuddled and flirted with her throughout the day and today we're going back to the Philippines. Actually I don't want to go back yet since Lovelle's flight will be delayed for a day because of her friend's birthday.
We had breakfast at the patio together then reviewed for a bit and slept. We went to a Museum before lunch. All of the paintings and artifacts were beautiful but she's the most beautiful one. My favorite art is probably my Lovelle.
We're in the middle of talking when she held both of my cheeks and tip-toed. She got a fallen eyelash on my cheek and placed it in the back of my hand. "Make a wish, Kyst. Then throw it over your shoulder." She said so I did it. I wished for her, for us. I wished her to be happy with me, to stay with me through thick and thin.
After that we ate lunch then shopped for baby clothes because Sheina wanted to but I got too happy with it and bought a lot. When we got home we went straight to her room and I threw myself at her bed. Oh, I'll miss this bed and of course her.
"I'm tired. Let's sleep for a while. I'll miss hugging you and sleeping beside you." I told her and hugged her tightly. Time passed quickly and we bid our goodbye to each other. I'll miss her so much even though we'll just be apart for a couple of days.
