𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍 I was furious when I heard about what happened to Anna. I was angry at myself for not being able to be next to her when she needed me the most. What the hell happened? How come she ended up like that? Please don't leave me again Anna. when I saw her laying there, unconscious. I can't help but feel sad. Why did this happen to her? and the fact that she was probably attacked by syüxa is even more horrifying. For goodness sake, that creature is extinct! So how the hell did it manage to hurt her? It was three days later that she woke up. I was there the moment she opened her eyes. She was crying and screaming, asking whatever it is to stop, watching her suffering hurts me too. I can't bear to look at her in pain. I was thankful to the Assist for helping her. Although I doubted it at first, I don't know why they still ended up helping her despite never really liking Tetiana—Anna. They had to calm her down as she was crying uncontrollably. It was like she had just experienced her first nightmare. I mean, we live all our lives knowing that syüxa exist, we know what they looked like. So why? Why did her reaction indicate that she was seeing it for the first time? How come? She used to like torturing syüxa when we were still young. So what happened? "Is she going to be alright?" I am really worried. Anna never spoke a word to anybody after that. I don't know why, but her eyes seemed dead. It's like she had finally given up on life. Even when I was with her, holding her hand, hugging her, she didn't even look at me. She didn't even notice I was in the same room. What happened? She was like a living corpse, and I really don't want to see her suffer any longer. "Why is she still in bed? Can't you heal her? What are you even doing?" I was indeed confused with everything. Why hasn't she healed yet despite the fact that the Assist had already used their ability on her? I wanted to know what happened to her, how she ended up like that. But she doesn't want to say a single word. It's like she was traumatised by everything that happened. I couldn't really blame her since I really do believe she had lost her memories. She was so different from how she used to be, but that didn't stop me from caring for her. She was my everything, even before she left me by going to The Norm. I want to believe that she has her reasons. "We don't know! We have already done our best. You have no right to yell at us! You should be thankful that we decided to even help her." Yareli glared at me in disgust. I don't really mean to yell, I just can't help it. They should be thankful that I'm being nice to them for helping my Anna, because right now, her behaviour is really piling me off. "Fine. Sorry. It's just weird why this is happening to her." I sigh as I continue to look at Anna. She was sleeping. I really wish she didn't have to go through all this. "Perhaps it's karma. For all her wrongdoings." Yareli mentioned as I glared at her. What the fuck? "She never does anything. What's wrong with you people hating her for no reason?" Seriously, I can't believe that people think she's a bad person. How can someone as sweet as Anna be bad? What? She just hates losing; that's just her personality. Why would that make her a bad person? The people around her, they're the ones who treated her like shit. She only gave them back what it feels like to be treated like that, so why complain? Although a part of me doubts that she's my Anna. I don't know. The moment I found her the first night, seeing how her moles decreased made me confused. What caused this to happen? It's impossible for her body to change, right? Let alone moles, how can they just disappear? I wanted to believe that she was my Anna. But seeing her, the new her, made me even more confused. I did care. I am really worried, but for some reason, I didn't feel the emotions I felt when I used to be with her before she disappeared. I don't understand why she keeps pushing me away, looking at me with disgust in her eyes. Anna would never do that to me. That thought really did cross my mind. I hate that I'm having doubts about her when she is, in fact, in front of me. But I just can't help it. It's confusing. But right now, no matter who she is in front of me, I still want to believe that she's my Anna so badly. I don't want to lose her again. I love her and nothing will ever change that. 𝐘𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐈 It's the first time we've encountered something like this. I mean, it was shocking to see that Tetiana's wounds were not healing. I seriously can't believe it, but after seeing how her body rejected being healed, I don't know what to think anymore. It's troubling. "Do you think it's a curse?" Elin spoke as her eyes filled with worry. She is indeed an angel for worrying about someone like Tetiana. But still, I have no idea if it's really a curse or what since we have never encountered such things. "I'm not sure. But it's really disturbing — just why isn't she healed yet? We already fixed her up." Lalitha sighs as she continues to watch Tetiana. "Even her scars remain." she added, as I admit that it's really messing with my head. "I'm sorry for being a nuisance. I'm okay now. I will leave." Tetiana suddenly joined our conversation as I stared at her, annoyed. Ugh, I don't know why I hate her so much. She tried to stand up, but it seemed like her legs gave out as she collapsed on the floor. She looks surprised. She looks like she wants to cry. What is wrong with her? I just stayed silent as she was trying hard to stand up. Stop it already. This is getting really annoying. "You shouldn't move yet. You will only worsen your body if you keep moving." I sighed and decided to help her. Seeing her now being so helpless is weird. However, Tetiana looks at me with sorrowful eyes. I don't know. but it was really, really uncomfortable for me. "Why did you save me?" When she asked us that, I wondered about that too. Why did we even save her? Why did I decide to help her when I was the one who wished for her to die? Hearing that makes me realise how I also have no answer to that question, how I don't even know why I did all that. "What do you mean, why? It was OUR duty to save people who were dying." I lied. I mean, if I could choose, I really wouldn't want to save her. Why would I? But then again, I can't really say that. I don't know why. For a moment, Tetiana looked hesitant. She soon gave us a weak smile. "Thank you so much." I don't know why I felt goosebumps all over me as I heard that. It was shocking, since why would I even feel like this? I hate this feeling so much. I have no idea what to answer her. It's like the words in my mouth disappear before I even say anything. I don't know, but she really doesn't act like the Tetiana everyone knows. It's really disturbing. So I decided to leave the infirmary since being there any longer could make me lose my mind. A part of me wishes that Tetiana was dead, but I'm also curious as to why she is so different. I want to know the reason behind it. What's even weirder is when people start asking about her condition, asking if she's alive or not. I wonder why they even bothered to ask when they were the ones who were secretly wishing for her to die. But unfortunately, she is alive. That is all I can say. 𝐑𝐄𝐃 "Heard what happened from o Aiden, did you guys seriously can't fix her?" I saw Yareli going to the Eden Garden and decided to follow her since she looked troubled. I wonder why? I seriously can't believe that when she turned to face me, she was sighing in annoyance. This girl really got the guts to do that to me, Alpha. But I'm going to let it slide for today, since she helped Tetiana. "And what's that got to do with you?" She replied and rolled her eyes. "I wonder." I shrugged as I took a seat next to her. She was already staring at me, probably wondering why I was even here. "But it's weird. Why did you decide to help her? I thought you guys would never like her." I added as I gave her a smile, staring at her as she backed away from me. Now that is a reaction. I don't know why she seems to be hesitant. "I wonder too, since she's not healing. Might as well just die." When I heard her say that, I couldn't help but laugh. I mean, I don't even know why I found it amusing. But still, it was a nice reaction. She soon decided to leave. Aww, I was just about to ask more questions but she's already running away. What a shame. But an idea popped into my head as I marched my way towards the infirmary; I wanted to see her. I was glad that the Assist was nowhere close. It would be so annoying to argue with them since they really hate others going into the infirmary. When I finally saw Tetiana, I was overwhelmed. For some reason, I have this urge to hug her, but I can't really do that, who the heck am I even hugging her? So I decided to just look at her from the door, silently since I didn't want to scare her. I mean, I did hurt her before. So, she probably doesn't want to see me, right? I think so. What surprised me the most is that when Tetiana had this weird look on her face, she was staring out the window looking at the pouring rain outside. She seemed to be talking, mumbling something, but I couldn't really hear her, so I decided to get closer. But one thing I noticed was; she was crying. Why is she crying? I don't know why I felt shivers seeing her cry. But it was shocking. This is the first time I've seen her looking so vulnerable. "I want to go home. I miss you, mom." Huh? What did she mean by that? mom? What? Everyone here never knows who their parents are, so how come she said she missed her mother? What the hell? I was confused. Maybe I'm hearing things? Maybe she just said that because she was scared. I wasn't sure, but it was weird. Something is definitely wrong. 𝐓𝐈𝐀 It was two weeks later that I could finally walk again. YARELI and the others seemed relieved, and I'm really thankful for that. But still, my scars didn't disappear. Although they did say that it wasn't supposed to be like that, I wonder why it happened to me. Is it because I never belonged to this place in the first place? I wonder about that. I'm really grateful that I could finally leave the infirmary. I mean, it's not like I don't like being with them. It's just weird. They helped me big time although they don't seem to enjoy my company, but still, they helped me. and the only thing on my mind right now is Serina. She doesn't look guilty at all; she never even visits me. I was sure that she was the one behind everything. "How could you?" Why did she do all that? I wanted to ask her, but I don't know why I can't seem to find the chance to. I mean, even if I did get my answer, what's next? What am I going to do with the truth? It has already happened, so why should I remember that horrible nightmare? Ugh, I hate these feelings so much. I think it's probably best for me to stay away from someone like her, since I don't know what would happen if I stayed close to her. And there's another problem. I come to know that the perverted guy from before—Aiden, is Tetiana's boyfriend, or supposedly my boyfriend now since he believes that I am his Anna. This is troubling me. I don't know if the real Tetiana is alive or not, but I can't bring myself to be in a relationship with someone who's not even mine. Heck, Aiden scared me. Should I just end the relationship? Although it's not even mine to begin with, I can't be with him since I will be leaving this place soon. He's going to interfere with my plan. Yes, I remember. My only goal now is to attain NRVANA. And when I did, I could finally go back home. "That scar looks nasty." A guy sneered at me when I walked past him. I mean, I admit that it looks so ugly. Ugh, I don't want to recall those memories. I wanted to hide it, but the uniform is not helping. Although, Yareli told me it doesn't look that bad. I don't know if she's being honest or playing with me. I have my goal now, but I don't know how to start. Heck, I don't even know where to go or even NRVANA. Maybe I could ask Gally? I don't know, she's the only one on my mind who I could think of helping me, but maybe I should wait? I was deep in my thoughts as I was walking, although I don't know why I just decided to take a walk since I haven't been walking much. I was surprised when I accidentally bumped into someone—or rather, them. The guys from before, the group of guys who seem to be hating me, the Edgar-lookalike groups. It's uncomfortable when they stare at me with weird looks. I don't want to be here any longer. I decided to leave after saying sorry for bumping them, but the nice guy from before, whose name I don't really know, asked me if I was alright. Well, at least one person is nice. "I'm okay." I replied in a low voice, trying hard to avoid any eye contact. It's weird to be surrounded by tall people, especially guys. Not to mention, there are five of them. They seem to be noticing that I don't want to be near them as I could hear mumbling. I don't even know what the heck they are saying. I started to walk away, but then I locked eyes with someone, Aiden. shit. I don't want to see him either. He makes some really uncomfortable. I don't know why Edgar-lookalike is smirking while looking at Aiden. I don't care. I just needed to get out of here.
