We went backstage and sat down. The Mc soon announced my presence and I walked majestically to the stage. There were screams everywhere.
People were shouting and screaming my name

The stage light went off and the Mc passed me a wireless microphone. Soon, slow beats could be heard. I closed my eyes enjoying the beat and humming it.

I rounded up the song and everyone stood up clapping. I smiled and bow slightly. I walked down the stage, as people kept clapping.
"You did a great job up there," Kelvin said, hugging me
I smiled and hug him back
My manager walked in to join us
"Lucy, your performance tonight was awesome, we've got over thirty million people who liked it and ten million comments in thirty minutes!! And we're still counting" my manager said
"That's impressive" Kelvin answered, clapping
I nodded in agreement

I yawned slightly
"We should get going, I'm so tired right now," I said still yawning

My eyes switched

I chuckled

I pecked him on his cheeks and that's when I had the sound of a camera. I turned to see someone running away
"Get him!!" I yelled at my manager
If these pictures get posted, it will only serve as proof that I'm gay. I kept pacing around angrily
"Hey chill, everything's going to be alright," Kelvin said
I groaned
"Kelvin, that picture can't get on social media, if it does......."
"It'll be a proof that you're a gay, I know," he said cutting me short
"Lucian, your manager will sort things out, you've got nothing to worry about ok?" He said

I walked to where he sat and joined him
Soon, my manager walked in and I stood up quickly. Kelvin stood up too

"Lucy, we were able to get him. The pictures have been deleted" my manager said

I groaned
"Did you know who sent him?" I asked

I should have suspected from the beginning. Jasper has been my competitor since junior high. He has always competed with me in everything I do.
I groaned
"You better don't let it happen again!!" I yelled angrily
"It won't happen again, I promised" he replied
I clutched my fists angrily and wanted to punch the nearest wall to me but Kelvin held my hand quickly
"Lucy, we should get going," he said
He knows how bad my anger is and knows I'll end up hurting my hands if I punch that wall.
I groaned and followed him

NORA
I jumped up due to the sound of my alarm. I picked it up angrily and made to smash it on the floor when my door opened.
"You're still on your bed, Nora!, you're fond of going to work late" Mom yelled
I groaned
She doesn't understand how tired and sleepy I am right now!!
Last night, after I went to check on dad and made sure he used his drugs, I made to leave but he told me to stay with him a bit. I stayed for over thirty minutes before going to my room to take my bath. I went to the kitchen, to eat, and then went back to my room to write some articles.
I was busy until 3 am this morning. I needed to finish up cause that's my first work and I'll be submitting it by 9 am. After I finished and cleared the table, that was when I was able to lay down. I couldn't even sleep and now that am just getting to sleep this annoying alarm woke me up!!
"You're still seated? Huh?" Mom yelled, jolting me back to reality
"Get your lazy ass off that bed before I spank you!!" She added
I groaned
"Mom, it's just a few minutes past 6 am"
"Really!!!" Mom yelled
I groaned
"Can you stop yelling, please? My head hurts badly"
Mom bent over to pick up her shoe, I quickly stood up from the bed and ran into my bathroom.
I sigh
Mom can be so dramatic. It's just a few minutes past 6 am and I'm to resume by 8:30 am. So why the rush?
"I'm still waiting for you!!" mom yelled
"I won't let you get to work late" she added
I groaned
I pull off my night wares and stand under the shower. I washed my hair first and then wash my body.
"Nora!!" Mom yelled
I frown
Can't I take my bath in peace?!! Huh?
"Nora, don't let me get in there" she yelled again
I groaned
I stepped out of the shower and tied my towel around my head and body. I won't want mom walking in. I came outside and saw mom arranging something on the bed.
"What's that?" I asked
She turned and glared at me. I didn't bother asking any more questions. I sat down to dry my hair but mom took it from me
"When I was your age..." She began
I groaned
It's time to listen to a long and boring sermon
"Come on mom, you......"
"If you make that sound again or say any more word, I will squeeze that mouth of yours," she said
I wanted to groan but I stopped. When she said she will squeeze my mouth, she meant it. I won't want to go to work with a wounded mouth.
"Like I was saying, when I was your age, I dress to kill. Unlike you who dress like some...some... Hmmm....."
"Nerd?" I asked cutting her short
"Shut up and let me think," she said
While she thinks, I stood up quietly and made to leave
"Where do you think you're going?" She asked
I groaned
"Mom, you don't want me to get late to work," I said
She rolled her eyes
"Put this on," she said
I took the cloth from her and wore it. It was a red floral gown, just below my knee. Although it's less expensive and old-fashioned, it looks good on me.
"Nora come sit, let me make you up," she said
