I was infuriated by what Drew did. I really felt like I saw stars when I was hit by the shoe he threw. My vision darkened momentarily and I knew right there and then, that my nose is bleeding.
Kip helped me downstairs while Drew run out of the studio. Homme even called after him but he just ignored it.
“Are you ok?!” my cousin asked and I nodded though I can still feel the pain on my nose bridge.
I leaned back on the couch and after a while, someone’s handing me an icepack. I was a little touched by the gesture as I really thought he has no care for what he did.
But since I’m still mad at him, I snatched it from his hand and rolled my eyes at him. I know he didn’t do that intentionally, but it was still maddening.
The irritation I was feeling doubled when a girl showed up while we were having breakfast. Since we don’t know who she is, I was planning to ignore her.
But she caught my interest when she kissed Drew on the lips, right in front of all of us. I wanted to pull him away from her but what right do I have?
I rolled my eyes mentally. Mentally as Kevz has been watching me ever since the girl arrived. But Kellen was unable to hold back.
“Drew, that's too SPG. Do it somewhere else!” she told them off.
Drew blushed but the girl raised a brow at my cousin. “Do we have a problem here?” she sneered.
“We don't but we don't do cheap stuff here too,” Kellen answered back, and even before the girl can respond, Drew already pulled her out of the studio.
We all sighed but Kellen is still infuriated. “That bitch! She’s not even pretty! I would have bowed down to her if she wasn’t looking like a clown with all the colors on her face!” she ranted.
“Hey, lower your voice, they might hear you,” Roj whispered at her.
“So?! This isn’t Drew’s studio!” she spat.
I chuckled at her reaction. She’s really cute when she’s mad, especially when it comes to things like this. it’s because she’s serious about maintaining the wholesome image of the group.
I stood up and went to the sink, washed my hands, and headed to the second floor. I grabbed my bag from the room and headed for the bathroom.
After taking a bath, I went back to the room to get my shoes. However, I wasn’t expecting the scene I was going to see.
I really didn’t know that Drew is there together with the girl who came for him. Both of them were even surprised when I cleared my throat to get their attention.
The girl was straddling Drew, but in all fairness to him, he was trying to push her away. The girl almost fell when Drew was surprised to see me as he stood up.
I didn't pay attention to them though. I just went for the shoe rack, snatched my sneakers, and went out of the room.
Downstairs, the guys are busy playing with Switch. Kevz glanced at me but they didn’t stop playing. “Where you going Partner?” he asked while his eyes are still on the screen.
“I’m going home!”
They paused their game then Kevz turned to look at me. “Aren’t you going to wait for us?”
“I need to be home by lunch. I have a visitor coming,” I informed them.
He got more curious about what I said so he quickly stood up to sit next to me on the couch. “And who is it?” he asked while narrowing his eyes.
“Levi and his Dad are coming,” I smiled.
“Levi? As in your ex-suitor?” Homme asked to confirm and nodded and smiled. I really didn’t expect that these guys are gossipmongers, especially Homme.
They looked at each other as if they were talking with their eyes. Kevz scratched the back of his head before leaning on the couch and letting out a long sigh.
“Is there something wrong?” I asked while looking at them alternately.
“If you’re leaving too, then what will happen to them?” he asked before looking up.
“What do you mean? Do you want me to look after them?” I asked, chuckling.
“That’s not what we mean. It’s just that, Kip already left and we’re about to go home too. Of course, if you’re going home then Kale will have to leave as well. Who will stay with them?” Homme whispered.
“Exactly! The girl seems aggressive. What if she molests Drew?” Kevz added.
I don't know if they're serious about what they're saying or they're just teasing me since they know I like Drew. I shook my head as I tap their shoulders.
“You don't really have to worry. She’s been molesting Drew even before I came down. I’ll go ahead!”

I was about to go downstairs when Minnie stopped me. She’s starting to irritate me so I left her in the room.
What’s even more irritating is that Leslie saw me in an awkward situation, again. She saw us while Minnie's straddling me, but I hope she saw how I was trying to push the girl away.
Midway, I heard what Leslie said. She's expecting a visitor so she needs to go home and it's not just some visitor, it's Levi and his Father.
I felt terrible for unknown reasons. I suddenly wanted to roll down the stairs, feigning an emergency just so she won’t leave. That is if she at least cares for me.
I snatched my arm from Minnie as her lips start to pout again and plopped on the sofa. Unfortunately, the leech sat next to me too.
When we came down, Leslie has already left. She's already out and I didn't even get a glimpse of her.
“Aren't you gonna introduce me to them?” she asked in a flirty tone.
“This is Minnie,” I told my friends in a flat tone. “These are Kevz and Homme,” I told the girl next to me and she extended her hand to them and batted her eyelashes.
I was about to stand up when she pulled me again. I even heard Homme and Kevz chuckle as they might have seen how I scowled.
“What?” I snapped at her but she just gave me those annoying puppy eyes.
“Let’s go home, I'm kinda hungry,” she whines.
“We still have a band practice, you go ahead if you want,” I snapped before I stood up.
“You're still in that band? That's so childish babe, let's just go home,” she stated.
Homme shook his head while Kevz rolled his eyes. I’m pretty sure she’s starting to annoy them too. Who won’t when even the way she speaks is irritating.
“Just go ahead. I'll stay here. If you want to stay, might as well shut up”
She let out a sigh before stomping her foot. “Be sure you're home by 8!” then she stormed out of the studio.
“Aren’t you going to follow her?” Homme asked and I shook my head as I plopped on the couch.
“Who’s that?” Kevz pried.
“My ex.”
“You really like leeches, dude,” Homme commented.
“She likes aggressive girls,” Kevz added and I shot them a death glare but to no avail as they just continued laughing.
Ignoring the two, I leaned back and closed my eyes. If Minnie's here, that means Bianca may be here as Minnie won’t come here alone.
And if Bianca's here, that could only mean one thing. Myco has already arrived. Long story short, they will get started with their plan any time soon.
I stood up from the couch and run upstairs. I washed my face, brushed my teeth, and head back to the room to get dressed.
Without even bidding my friends goodbye, I run out of the studio. I didn't even look back though Homme and Kevz were calling for me. I have to be home as soon as possible.
I went straight to my father’s home office. He wasn’t there so I went to the garden at the back of the house. “Mom, where’s dad?” I asked as I catch my breath.
“He's in the office. your cousins came and they went there,” she answered. So it's confirmed, they’re really here. ‘What will I do now?’
I kissed my Mom again before running out of the house. I asked the driver to take me to my father’s company. I don't usually use the executive elevator when I come here but today, I found the need to use it.
I reached Dad's office in no time. “Hey son, slow down!” he told me off when I opened the door of his office.
“Where’s Ysmael? Is he with Myco?” I asked right away.
He nodded as he rubs on his chin, narrowing his eyes on me. “Is something wrong?” he asked and I was quick to shake my head.
“I missed them, that's all,” I shrugged but he just leaned on his table, looking closely at me with the sides of his eyes wrinkled.
I know he’s not convinced with my answer. He knows there's more to it than simply missing them. But before he can probe, I excused myself and stormed out of his office.
I went back home and on my way, I’m still thinking as to where I can find them. I have to talk to them before they get started with their plan. I have to be there.
I tried calling Ysmael but he’s not answering his phone. Heading to my room, I plopped on the bed and started at the ceiling.
Whatever happens, I have to protect Leslie. But I hope that she’ll take care of herself too.
