Chapter 91: Why?

That person uses a dialect to communicate.
The man had a large birthmark on his face.
That person is the girl in this picture.
Zane pursed his lips while driving. Try to keep your head sober. Things about the midwife that he had just confirmed were hovering around him. Suddenly A sour smile bloomed, and he angrily hit the steering wheel.
Damn it! He cursed angrily. It all happened as a joke. He is no different from a fool who is led by others, just a puppet that is controlled by others. Zane wondered what crime he committed against those people or why he kept enmity and jealousy, wanting to take revenge on him in this despicable way. Turning him into a half-crying half-laughing like this must have made them gloating. See him as cheap entertainment. It's despicable! Why? After all, what is the reason why everyone deceives him? The person he loves and his best friend. Sarah could understand it was because of his money as well as his position, but what about Gaara? And most of all, Clara, why did she lie to him, not telling him the truth, but deliberately pretending to be noble and nurturing for him and Sarah.
Why are they all silent, hiding this deadly incident? Sarah was afraid he would find out about the disgusting things she did, that was for sure. What about Clara? probably? He suddenly braked the car while driving, causing the rear car to almost crash into the back of his car. The place where the antique car was circulating and he stopped the car right there, what a strange thing! It's not like he just remembered a very important detail.
"Are you crazy! What kind of car are you driving?"
A mess, his head is too talented to take in information that is not very good. Pain! Overwhelmed! Zane was like a disoriented person standing helplessly in the middle of many turns, unable to determine which direction to choose. Just helplessly turned to look at the spinning surroundings.
Just like that, he didn't care that the people behind the car were worried and mad, regardless of the traffic jam he caused, Zane was stunned for a moment and then pressed the gas to continue, he had to untangle this mess.
Zane returned to the school, parked the car in the dump, and went straight to his room. He needs to talk to someone.
"I can't believe you're behaving like this, Roly."
Startled, Roly turned to look at the door while placing the things Naruto had left behind in a box on the table, Zane standing behind him staring at him.
"Zane?"
Where did he come from, why don't you know? He was like a ghost moving softly, no one noticed or noticed. But why is he here, doesn't he have a date with Sarah? Roly wondered. Thinking that there was no one else in the room at this time, he came to get his things, because he was afraid to look at his friends' faces, but he suddenly appeared.
"By the way, when no one is here, go get your things and then leave quietly as if nothing happened. Why do you have to do that? You could ask Naruto to deliver the things to your house? Wouldn't it be better to just leave people alone? If you feel guilty, are you satisfied?"
He started, with a very mocking attitude toward his not-so-beautiful act.
"You only know that now? Is it too late? Sorry, I should have told you sooner." Roly did not do anything evenly, superficially protested, and returned to the unfinished work.
Suddenly, he made a sarcastic remark.
"Why do you have to do this stealthily like a thief? Isn't it decent to go up to everyone and say goodbye? Is that so difficult?"
"Is it okay?" Roly coldly replied, "I just don't want to upset anyone more, and for now, it's best for you to avoid seeing each other, isn't it?"
And as soon as the words left his lips, he wished he had said something more clever and interesting.
"I didn't know you could think like that too?" The sarcastic voice clearly shows on the outside without any respect or consideration.
He seemed to have just released an unpleasant odor. Roly bit her lip trying to pretend she didn't hear what he just said and continued to put the things on the table into the box. You need to leave quickly, but if you stay here any longer, you will probably go crazy, he can't say any kind words, can't stand it, and can't even argue but, wondering only will arise more of a pointless argument.
Suddenly Zane took off his expensive sunglasses and glanced down at the box he had almost finished arranging. And without taking his eyes off the shoe on the top of the box, which he had just put in, he approached him. His eyes still did not let go of the shoe, suddenly he spoke, causing Roly to stop her hand.
"This? Is this Cinderella's shoe?"
He reached out his hand to take a look at the shoe, but he quickly grabbed it first: "What about it? It's just a broken shoe, what do you have to care about anymore when you've found Cinderella, she probably won't need it anymore."
Zane withdrew his hand from Roly's tight defense.
"Then why do you keep it? It's not yours, after all, if you don't return it, it should be thrown away, right?" Good question Zane, right on Roly's point. Look at Roly's face, he's a little ticklish.
"They didn't need to bring it back, and there's no reason for me to keep it for you. That's my privacy, isn't it?"
If you're smart, you're smart, and both brains are sharp, so Roly can't easily succumb to Zane.
With no words left to refute the pointless argument, he took a pitying step back, preparing for a second attack.
"That's it, I'm busy so I'll go first." Roly lifted the box off the table and turned toward the door.
"Roly, talk to me for a moment."
He finally decided to conduct a confrontation with Roly about Cinderella.
"I have an appointment in ten minutes." Roly looked at her watch and then told him with a look of denial.
Obviously, that date was with Clara.
Certainly that.
"Then give me ten minutes before the date starts." Zane took a breath and turned to look at him suggestively.
Roly pondered for a moment, then shrugged his shoulders coldly: "Okay, say it." Roly turned to face him.
"Why don't we find a more comfortable or appropriate place?"
Roly tilted his head, he was turning to another matter, what was the intention?
"You're wasting your time, two minutes have passed."
"Why are you in such a hurry? Is the date set important? To whom?"
"It's not for you to know, do you want to talk after all, if there's more babbling I'll go."
Zane's face hardened.
"You'll regret it if you ignore my suggestion now. So pay attention, at least you won't have to blame yourself for missing out on this conversation."
Roly activated his brain to think about every word he uttered, not missing a single word, his serious demeanor unsettling. Knowing that he couldn't refuse, he took another step forward.
"If you're interested, follow me."
Zane brushed past him, opening the door to the outside. Roly turned her head to follow. He was still patiently waiting at the door. It doesn't hurt to take a few minutes to listen to what he just threatened you with. Before Turning his head to walk out of the room, Roly put the box back on the table. Bring only entanglement nests.
Zane turned on his heel to lead the way, and when Roly agreed to follow him, he headed up the stairs. He Followed with a serious and unfilial expression. The whole way he didn't say anything, just kept silent as if he was thinking about dealing with him.
Zane went up to the roof and stopped.
He chose the right place! Roly paused to guess what he meant by choosing the terrace? before proceeding to the large courtyard on the five-story building.
Zane stood with his back to Roly, his face fixed on the far horizon.
The space was silent, only the sound of the east wind whistling across the ears, caressing the pale skin.
"Zane...hey."
Roly stared at the person with her back to her.
"You offered to talk, didn't you?" Roly spoke up at Zane's silence.
Yes, that's right. The first thing he did after arriving at the hospital was to call Roly to talk, but he seemed to have locked his phone or put it on silent mode, remembering Naruto said he would come pick up his stuff after school. so he went back to school to see him, lunch time being the only time he had free time to see Roly. But at this moment, when he was here, he didn't know where to start, what to say to him. Straight or gentle.
Roly sighed impatiently.
"I must have told you I have a date today, so if you have something to say I really hope you say it...if not..."
"Roly." He interrupted him: "Do you have anything to say to me?" Each word came out clearly before Roly had time to sort it out in his head.
Roly still didn't move, his face hard and hard: "There's something wrong Zane, it was you who suggested talking a few minutes ago. Not me!"
"Do you really have nothing to say to me? About Cinderella?"
Zane took a deep breath, his face gray now, forehead lowered, furrowed, lips curled, nostrils wide. His hands clenched into fists at his sides.
A moment of silence, watching every small gesture in his hand, Roly had just realized something interesting. Did he know, know everything? Real surprise! Should you be happy or should you? Is he looking for you to confirm about Cinderella?
Roly was a little confused. But instead of admitting everything, Roly chose to pretend he didn't know anything because he promised Clara not to admit it or tell him anything. Promises need to be kept. After a few minutes, he said.
"No." An indistinct, steely voice: "I have nothing to say to you on that subject. If you have nothing more to say, then I'll come down."
With that, Roly turned on her heel toward the door.
"Why not? You must be hiding something from me, Roly! be honest."
Feet halted, Roly paused with important consideration. In the end he resented when he chose to circle him instead of straight up the matter.
"Zane, you seem to like taking detours, why don't you be frank. Stop playing mind games, it's not fun."
"Why are you like this? Are you afraid of something?" He turned around and glared at him.
"Is it okay?" Roly replied coldly. Despite the warning he just gave.
"You have to think for so long to answer my question, are you hiding something from me, or feel sorry for me so you don't dare..."
"After all, what do you want?"
Roly cut him off sharply, he was tired of his accusing way of talking.
Roly knew that Zane thought he was cheating on him by hiding the story about Cinderella from him. It was nothing more than a blow to the trust of both sides. And he is blaming and blaming you for that.
How did he die? His business has nothing to do with you. It was he who told him to stop searching for cinderella. It was he who recognized Sarah as Cinderella. Did he consult you about all these things? Or was it you who planted those thoughts in his head?
Why should you be obligated to tell him the truth, since he's your friend? ridiculous! he himself ignored the warnings from him, remaining steadfast in his stupid and blind judgment.
Now what? He turns to find someone responsible for the damned things that happened.
You did your best to help him, that's why you don't have any reason to feel guilty or apologetic towards him.
Everything he did today was his own fault. Not to mention he was only for Clara. He should have known you had to hold back a lot to not hit his handsome face with a few punches.
Zane was startled by Roly's protest. He didn't understand why you were angry when he should have been the one with the right to be angry. Speaking as if Roly had no right to be angry with him.
Roly continued to speak as he was stunned by his agitated reaction.
"What? If you called me up here just to say those redundant words, then end it now. Don't waste any more time."
"You knew who Cinderella was from the very beginning, right?"
Finally, he switched to the tactic of direct combat, straight to the heart of the matter.
"What if it's not, what do you want?" Roly replied nonchalantly, half admitting it, then rebutting his statement.
"Answer the question correctly." He growled.
"What kind of attitude is that?" Roly suddenly raised his voice: "Go and ask his girlfriend, I have nothing to tell you."
"Why? I was asking you, why didn't you tell me. Why did you keep your mouth shut and pretend you didn't know? Why did you do that to me? why? why?"
Zane couldn't control howling, looking pitiful. Yes, he is in a lot of pain.
"Is that the case? Is that why?"
Roly remained steadfast in her nonchalant role, despite the pain Zane was revealing.
"Roly." He growled again, at his indifference.
"What? If you already know everything, you should know why?"
Roly responded with a similar tone and pitch.
"Boy?"
Zane hated that he couldn't do anything, clenched his fists, and glared at Roly.
"What do I do? It was you who ignored the reminders, it was you who insisted on your wrong thinking. It was you who was indifferent to your own doubts. And now you are here just to do this despicable thing, find me to blame? Blaming me makes you feel better?"
Roly said it was not wrong, not wrong at all, it was all his fault, good scolding! Thanks to his scolding just now, he calmed down.
"Who's the real Cinderella?"
In a calm voice, he moved on to the next issue to be verified. He had just realized that he had no right to be angry or angry with Roly.
"What the hell are you doing, Zane? running here to ask what's the matter."
Roly remained determined to the end even though Zane stepped into the water first.
"I asked who Cinderella is, and you just answered, isn't it that difficult for you?"
"That's ridiculous! Why are you asking about something you already know? Also, I'm not obligated to answer your questions." Roly affirmed: "Not to mention you have found the wrong person to solve your problems. I believe there will be someone who will answer all your doubts without missing any details. Find that person. ."
"Then." He hesitated: "Who is that person?"
You're really good at pretending, Zane, why do you have to force Roly to the end, you know who you are, why are you deliberately asking him difficult questions.
"Who is it? someone you know but I don't know."
"Isn't it someone you know that I don't know?" He wisely replied.
Roly was a bit stunned by his sharp words, nodded his head understandingly, he partly agreed with his thoughts. But not because of that, he surrendered his case to him.
Maybe the person I know doesn't want to see you, but the person you know really wants to see you, either of those two can give you the right answer. So find someone more suitable than you know best."
"What's the reason you're avoiding answering my questions? is that…?"
A thought crossed his mind as Roly spoke, he wanted to ask but hesitated before stopping in time.
"Why stop talking, what's going on in your slow brain?"
Making fun of each other again!
Ignoring his sarcasm, replied in a stern voice.
"Do you also like Cinderella?" Zane was firm with his statement. He thought it would make Roly confused or have an unusual reaction, but unexpectedly, he was indifferently scared.
"Sorry, what did you just say, I didn't hear you?"
Roly was still looking at Zane, his expression impassive. showed nothing even a wink to prove that what Zane said meant something to him.
Zane took a few steps forward, he was amazed at this friend, so cold, so cruel, how he could be so calm as if what he had just judged was completely wrong.
Zane had rearranged the facts and theorized about what had happened, somehow among the theories he came up with, the thought that Roly had a crush on Cinderella occupied a sizable part of his brain, and he didn't hesitate to ask the question as soon as Roly persisted in not admitting anything he asked. It was only a theory. But in reality, when he faced him right now, knowing clearly that the assumption was entirely possible, he was shocked.
Meanwhile, Roly also brainstormed to analyze, what a shock, now that he has told the truth, Roly doesn't seem to share whatever he was thinking in his mind.
"You like Cinderella?" He repeated in a hoarse voice. Half his suspicions were real, the other half afraid that Roly really had feelings for Cinderella.
Roly made a gesture of acknowledgment: "That's right." Roly nodded slightly.
It's not a question, or an interjection, just a simple truth statement!
Zane was startled. Boy...?
That was his completely unexpected reaction.
"What? Am I not allowed to like someone?" Roly coldly explained.
"Is that why you pretended not to know that I was deceived?" Zane raised his voice in suspicion.
"Not quite." Roly admits: "But don't forget, it's you who chooses to believe in yourself."
His eyes widened: "So that means?"
"What is the matter?"
"Boy?"
"This attitude says it all, you're finally smart, aren't you? Are you blaming yourself?" The corner of Roly's mouth curled up in scorn.
The corner of his mouth twitched, agitated at Roly's defiance. The fist formed Zane couldn't hold it anymore, immediately rushed forward to deliver a punch straight to Roly's face.
Too surprised he didn't have time to dodge.
The powerful punch caused Roly to fall backward, blood running out of the corner of her lips.
Just as his punch hit Roly's face, the door suddenly opened. Clara looked at her face in horror as she saw Roly fall to the floor.
