I get my phone from my shirt when I felt like it's vibrating. When I picked it up, my messenger rang again. When I saw his name on it, I immediately clicked his message to read.

My phone vibrated again but I didn't bother to get it on my skirt because I was carrying the tray. I quickly set Mau and I's food on the table and set the tray aside.
"Oh? I thought you didn't want to imitate Racer? Why are we both eating?" she was still teasing.
I looked at him annoyed."Do you think I can still think of what we're going to eat if I'm nervous because Caseth is behind me?!"

I just ignored her and picked up my phone to check his message. I'm not really sure, just guessing.

When I looked up, Caseth and I met eyes. Their table was just next to ours. I think Mau didn't notice that because she's busy eating her food. I was still squirming while he was still staring at me and had no intention of avoiding. His stares makes me uncomfortable. Even the to take a bite, I couldn’t do because I was embarrassed.

I sent him the message and when he finally let go his eyes on me, I grabbed the chance to eat my lunch. I didn't bother to look at him again because I was really hungry. I just stopped eating when my phone vibrated and as expected, it was from him.

I couldn’t stop myself from coughing because of her chat. Maureen's brows frowned and immediately handed me my shake so that I could take a sip on it. I even slapped my chest so that the spaghetti that had stopped in my chest would land in my stomach.

Even before Mau tempted me, I immediately finished my shake and stood up. She tried to stop ne and ask some questions like why are we staring on each other and so on. I was also lazy to answer him because he never ran out of questions.

I looked at him nervously."He wants to talk to me in person. We'll meet in the gazebo, he's already waiting."

I chuckled softly that made him stop for a bit. "You like me right? Then... the feeling's mutual."
