Hacker's POV
It's cold, my lips are dry. I can't move my arms and legs, I can't see, I can't speak. I can't do anything. I can feel the chains rapped around me, it's heavy but I can managed. First time to be caught and they did a very good job at welcoming me.
It's the coldest welcome ever.
I grinned, even know there's a muzzle covering my mouth. I want to laughed at them, to bad I can't see who they are. I want to give them death glares. I'm itching to full a dagger and stab them all. I can feel they are examining me from a far, but they are to scared to come near me. I don't even know where I am right now, but I guess I'm in a different room. Like what I heard they put me on isolation.
Am I that special?
“So Hacker, do you put all your informations on this little thing?” someone spoke.
He much be pertaining to my drone. Is he holding it? I can activate my drone anytime I want, maybe I can kill whoever he is.
“Answer me!” he yelled.
I stayed and didn't move. But how will I answer him tho?
“Sumagot kang tarantado ka! Gusto mo bang mamatay na ngayon?!” I believed he's approaching me now.
“We have to take of his muzzle first, please calm down.” finally someone with intelligence interrupted on his stupid remarks.
I think he finally figured it out now.
“Ganon ba? Tanggalan nyo ng busal yan ngayon at piring para makita nya kung sino ang kinakalaban nya.” I chuckled. He's funny, he can be a great clown.
Maybe he's the one who don't know who he's messing with.
Someone came near me and took off my muzzle, then my blindfold. I adjusted my sight to the bright light, I've been blindfolded for like an hour now, I got used of the darkness. After finally seeing everything around me, I grinned.
The Vice Mayor is the one holding my drone. The City Council is also here, so are the Executors and guards surrounding the area. The Mayor is also here, of course why would he missed the opportunity to see me in this kind of situation? He much be very happy and pleased that I've finally been caught for how many years of my existence.
Malcolm is standing from a far with cross arms and a cold stare, I gave him a death glare, much colder, much sharper. If my eyes can kill, he should be drop dead by now. His just watching his disciples, his dominating the room even know his not speaking or moving an itch. With all of his people in front, It's like he's saying he's untouchable.
He's like the king here and that makes me sick. I don't mind dying, but first he needs to come with me, to hell where he came from.
“Look her young man.” one of the councilor said, a female councilor.
I lazily shipped my gaze to them. The Executors are on the side just following their commands. One Executor is missing tho, they are only three of them here.
One must be after my comrades. Sinubukan ko igalaw ang mga kamay ko. Damn! these chains are really tight.
“It's no use, don't bother.” the Executor said. He's Nolan, the one who caught me.
“Oh I'll be bothering and when I'm done… I'll go after you.” I coldly said. He felt the sincerity in my words, so they put more chains in me.
I gritted my teeth in annoyance, now I felt my body getting heavy. He smirked at me when they were done putting more chains. I grinned back at him.
“Now back to my question.” I turned to the Vice Mayor. I almost forgot about him.
“Oh what were you saying?” I received a slap on the face bacause of my rude manners.
I felt a sting on my right cheek, I already know that I have a red hand print in there.
“You are unbelievable!” said the female councilor with disgusted.
Then how will I talk to them? I don't even care about their position.
“Just get on with it.” I lazily said. The female councilor shook her head in disbelief.
“Hayaan mo nayan. Ano pa bang aasahan natin sa utak basura? Diba? walang kwenta?” said the Vice Mayor.
The Guards and Councilors laughed. While the Executors stared down at me, like I'm a little mouse trapped inside a cage. I looked at them with the same expression, wondering what's funny.
The Vice Mayor came near me, I was expecting a punch but he just pulled my hair like a teenage girl. I almost laughed infront of his face from his sudden action.
“I'll only gonna ask you one more time. Did you hid all the informations here?” he said emphasizing every words. But I didn't give an F about it.
“Nope.” I said emphasizing the P.
“Then where?” pananakot nya. I just shrugged my shoulder.
“Like I'll tell, sino ba kayo?” I mocked.
I felt he pulled my hair even harder. Even if they torture me right here, I won't sing the song that they want.
“Masyado kang mayabang ah.” he said out of anger.
Oh yeah I am, got a problem with that? I like to say that out loud but I choose to be quiet, silence make a person more irritated and I'm liking their expression.
They are so mad at me.
“A very tough one indeed.” said another female councilor.
I didn't do much background check on them because I know they're useless. They're only pawns for Malcolm, once they'll be eliminated nothing will change. They'll just be replace with new ones.
“What if we kill you here right now?” he threaten me and pulled a gun from the closest guard.
I stared boredly at him. I'm not gonna die now, because I know they prepared something special for me. I'm kinda excited, they have to make sure my public execution will be a blast. But…
“If you're gonna kill me just do it now, I'm not spilling anything here. I'm giving the tea to someone.” I said.
He gritted his teeth and wants to pull the trigger, when someone stopped him.
“That's enough Rodrigo. Let's go, we all have better things to do.” I smirked when he finally spoke.
“Tsk! Understood Mayor.” the Vice Mayor snorted then put downed the gun.
Binalik nya yun sa guard na malapit sakanya. What a weakling, he can kill me like what he wanted but refused because he has to. He then turned around to follow Malcolm and the others.
“Activate… timer.” I whispered.
He quickly faced me because of my whisper.
“What did you say?” he asked furiously, like I just cussed infront of him.
“Nothing.” I said without looking at him.
He left a threatening gaze before facing the Mayor.
“Daldalhin ko itong drone nya para kalikutin. Baka may makita tayong pakikinabangan natin.” said the Vice Mayor to them.
The Councilors agreed on that which is stupid, they thought I'm dumb enough to hid everything there. My drone is my weapon and not for hiding valuable informations.
“Do as you pleased." Malcolm also agreed.
I know he has an idea, but he didn't bother to tell them. It's really true that being stupid can lead you to your death.
After that everyone leaved the room and all that is left is the person who caught me.
How did I end up here anyway?
Oh right, he tricked me. I was running in the wrong direction and stumbled above a hundred guards. Didn't know he will predict the way I'm going. Clever how he manage to planned everything to catch me, it's like I'm the only target. He gave all the attention to me.
But I manage to put a scar on his abdomen. Luckily I got a chance to stab him and killed some of his people, but they are way to many so here I am now.
“How does it feel to be powerless?” he asked.
My forehead creased. He doesn't know that I'm enjoying this wonderful experience, this is the first time and maybe the last.
“Powerless?” I chuckled.
“I don't feel powerless at all to be honest.” I smirked. His face turned blank.
“You think you're superior in everything do you? You're not living any longer Hacker, you will go down also with your scum group. Your group existence is not needed here.” he reminded.
“You and all the people in the palace will go down with me.” with wide eyes and a mocking grinned I stared at him.
“If you kill me I will be everywhere, I'm gonna be spreading like a virus none stop and when that happens you will all be crushed into pieces.” he's expression didn't change but I saw a glimpse of his eyes twitched in worry.
“That will never happen.” he assured to himself.
Yes they are really hard to handle, but that will not make us stop from doing our plan. We'll follow Boss and Biker's plan no matter what. Seeing this place being controlled makes me sick and I don't want to see how happy they are from what their doing. I want them to perish, to vanish, to die…
I chuckled from my thoughts.
That made Nolan curiously looked at me.
“Don't tell me you're going insane? Well that's good.” he winced. I looked at him again.
“I'm good when I'm sane and believe me… you don't want to see me go insane.” I said in a low voice.
“You're talking to much.” he grabbed the muzzle and covered my mouth again.
“Speak again.” he ordered and laughed.
I didn't speak a word. I'm not stupid, he can't hear me with this muzzle on. He then stood on my side to guard me, he's done talking to me. He must not liked what I'm saying.
I tsked, I'm itching to hold a keyboard and know what's going on, in Boss and the other's side. Did Hunter got the kids outside? How about the three Morons?
I want to know everything. I gritted my teeth. Can't believe this is kinda frustrating for someone like me who always know everything going on in his surroundings. I hold all the confidential data in this world and I'm here stuck with another Moron. I irritatedly looked at him who is just standing still like a statue.
In a couple of minutes, his two comrades barge in, with a worried eyes and heavy breathing.
“Half of the palace is on fire!” said the female Executer. I think her name is Ophelia.
“And Hadley…” silence filled the room when the other guy who's with Ophelia mentioned that name.
That's the other Executor, she didn't show up in the so called meeting the Hacker earlier.
“What happened to her? Is she fine?” the two didn't respond immediately to Nolan.
I gave an observing look at them, something bad must have happened to the other Executor. Should I start celebrating?
“She's dead.” Ophelia's voice weakend.
Nolan eyes widened.
“What? Who killed her? Where's her body?” Nolan asked.
So one Executor is died? but who killed her?
“Her body is burned into ashes along with the Boss.” answered by the Executor named Kipton.
I froze upon what I heard. I tried to process it clearly, they meant the Executor is killed by Boss? but to kill the Executor… Boss needs to sacrifice her life?
Now the reason why the palace is on fire… is because of Boss?
Nolan turned to face me.
“Why did your group ever exist?” he questioned with raged.
It looks like he's ready to kill me but I didn't speak. I stared at him blankly, ignoring his raged. My face turned dark, he should be the one who is afraid of me, now that I'm starting to get mad.
He tsked and walk out of the room with the two Executors receiving no reply from me.
They left me surrounded by hundreds of guards again, but my concern is the news that I heard. It's like for a second I run out of fuel to go further on my path.
“Boss…” I whispered.
“Is dead.” I clinched my fist.
I took some time to close my eyes and give respect to her death. Boss did her part, now is up to the six of us.
“Timer explode.” I commended my drone.
