"Ma'am, I think this is for you"Kael put the bouquet on the table
"Kanino galing?"tanong ko sa kanya
"Hindi ko po alam ma'am dinala lang yan ng delivery man"I just nodded at him and looked the note
There is no name on it, Who is it from? Anyway I'll give it to Calista she loves flowers
"This is the paper po ma'am"she smiled at me
I scan the papers and I have seen many errors in it
"Are you confident on this?"I raised the folder
"Yes po ma'am"
"I have seen many errors in it, revised it and I need you to passed it tomorrow otherwise I'll blame you for the client's rejection"I calmly said and gave her the folder
"Yes po ma'am"agad din siya umalis ng office ko at bigla may tumawag sa akin. I answered it
"Hi Alona, did you received my flowers?"Bryle said
Siya yung nagbigay sakin nito? Why?
"Wait, did you send me this?"I asked
"Yes, Im the one who send you that and I hope you like it"
"Why would you send me these flowers?"
"Hindi ba halata Alona? I like you and I want to court you"I was speechless for what he said
"I can't processed what you said"
"Nabigla ata kita, let's meet tonight after my shift"he said
"Okay"yun lang naisagot ko pinatay ang tawag niya
This can't be! Umupo ako sa swivel chair ko at uminom ng tubig mula sa tumbler ko.
"Let's have lunch"Luca came in and saw  the flowers on the table
"Who is it from?"he asked me while touching the bouquet
"From Bryle"I shortly said and stood up "Let's go eat"I told him abd pulled him downstairs
"Nanliligaw ba siya sayo?"bigla na tanong niya sa akin na ikahinto ko at tumingin ako sa kanya
"He told me he likes me but never mind"I walked inside the elevator
"Do you like him?"
"Nope"We went inside the cafeteria of the company
"Ma'am boyfriend niyo po?"sabay turo nila kay Luca
"He is my lawyer"I simply answered them and ordered my food
"Anyway, can you accompany me?"He asked me
"Where?"
"Cemetery, I wanted to visit my parents there"he fakely smiled
"Okay then"
"Nakalabas na ba daddy mo sa hospital?"tanong niya sa akin habang umiinom ng tubig niya
"Yes but he needs more rest because stress causing him to ill, you know him he is workaholic. This company is important to him"
"Yeah, he is very hard working man"he smiled
"Im done, are you?"I stood up and put the tray in the counter
"Lets go to the cemetery"He smiled and pulled me outside of the cafeteria
He drive us to the cemetery, nagiging mas emotional siya nung dumating kami doon
"Do you need time to be alone with them?"I asked him
Agad naman siya umiling sa akin at hinawakan ang kamay ko
"Stay by my side ple-please"I touched his hand and nodded
"I've been suffering a lot since the day Gia appeared into our lives. I lose you and.. then my parents"he cried infront of me
"Luca, hindi man natin mababalik ang dati pero nandito ako"nakangiti na sambit ko sa kanya at niyakap ko siya ng mahigpit
After 2 hours spending in the cemetery, he drive me home. Pumasok kami sa loob at agad siya niyakap ni Calista
"Daddy, I missed you!"She kissed him on his cheek
He smiled at her and hugged her little body
"You should visit me very very often"she pouted and hugged his neck
"Yes ma'am"he chuckle
"Enough, young lady it's time for your bed"I pinched his nose and Mich carried her upstairs
"Matagal na ba yang si Mich nag-aalaga kay Calista?"tanong niya sa akin
"Yes, I meet her when I started working at my brother's place. She was sweet and I decided to get her as Calista's nanny ang kapalit nun ang pag-aaral ko sa kanya"nakangiti na sabi ko sa kanya
"You never changed, you still have a golden heart"
"Tinutulungan ko lang siya dahil may malaki siyang pangarap"
"Ma'am, ipagtitimpla ko ba kayo ng coffee?"tanong ni Mich sa akin
"Hindi na Mich, patulugin mo na lang si Calista"
"Sige po ma'am"agad naman siya umakyat
"Mukha malakas ang ulan ngayon baka mapaano ka sa daan dito ka nalang magpalipas ng gabi"sabi ko sa kanya habang tumitingin sa labas
"Hindi na"
"I insist Luca Amir"I raised my eyebrows and crossed my arms
"Okay fine"he surrendered
"Let's eat for now"sabi ko sa kanya at tumungo kami sa kusina
"Anyway, where is your dad?"
"He is resting at the villa with mom, they don't want to worry me"I said while giving him the plate
After we ate our dinner, I let him used my brother's room and he wouldn't mind it anyway. Doon naman siya lagi sa U.S. or even sa Canada.
"Mommy, I want to pee"She get out of the bed and I carried her inside the bathroom
After that she couldn't sleep, so I went downstairs and put her on the sofa.
"Omaygad!"I shouted while my hand is on my chest
"You gave me a heart attack"I added as I get a glass for Calista's milk
"I guess she can't sleep huh?
I pour the milk inside his baby bottle
"Yeah"I went to the living room where Calista is and she was watching a cartoon
"Young lady, drink this milk"I told her and sat beside her
"Daddy"she went to Luca and sat on his lap
"Luca, painumin mo nga"sabi ko sa kanya
"Baby, drink your milk or else you can't be pretty like your mom"agad niya naman iyun pinasok sa bibig niya
She is now laying at his arms while Luca was staring at her. She hide herself at his t-shirt. Ngumiti ako sa pinagagawa niya
Siya na mismo naglagay sa kanya sa kwarto naming dalawa. Kinabukasan tumawag sa akin si Bryle for the date.
"We're coming with you"Luca told me saka kinarga si Calista
Napabuntong hininga na lang ako sa sinabi niya kaya wala akong magawa kundi isama sila
"Al-"napahinto siya ng makita si Calista at Luca sa likod ko
"Sorry, I cant leave my daughter"sabi ko na lang sa kanya
"It's fine"he smiled at me
"Mommy, pee"agad ako hinila ni Calista papunta sa comfort room pagkabalik namin sa kanila masama yung tingin nila sa isat-isa
"Tara na"sabi ko kay Bryle
"Sure"we went inside the restaurant and Bryle was telling her college life and what he really wanted
Walang imik si Luca at sinusubuan niya na lang si Calista. Bryle was trying so hard to impress my daughter but she didn't even gave him a smile
"I think your daughter doesn't like me"he told me
"She was like that"I told him
After a long day with him, Calista fell asleep at Luca's arm while her thumb is in her mouth
"She fell asleep"I chuckle and carried her from him
"May the best man wins"I heard Luca told Bryle and went inside of his car
"Your ex-boyfriend still have feelings on you"he said and went inside of his car too
We went inside of the house and put Calista on the bed. He still have feelings for me?
I saw my reflection on the mirror smiling. Damn! This is bad!
I changed into my clothes. Humiga na din ako sa tabi ni Calista at niyakap siya hanggang sa dalawin ako ng antok ko
"Goodmorning mommy!"Calista hugged me as she saw me opened my eyes
"Goodmorning baby"I kissed her on her cheek
"Daddy, prepared a food for us. Come let's go downstairs"hinatak niya ako sa baba at nakita ko siya nagluluto
"Now, you're a maid?"I chuckle
"I can be a maid with a fee"
"A fee? How much should it be?"I asked him while refilling my tumbler with a water
"Different fee"he cornered me and stared into my lips. I gulped and slowly avoid his gaze.
"My fee would be a kiss"he whispered into my ear. Uminit ang buong mukha ko sa sinabi niya
I lightly pushed him and sat on the chair while drinking my water
"Stop fooling around"I said without looking at him
"Im not fooling around, Im serious"he said and put the food on the table
"Wow! It smells good"Calista said while smiling at him
"Starting now, you should eat more nutritious food and avoid oily foods okay?"She nodded at him and eats her food
"Ang bait naman ng baby namin"sabi ni Mich nang umupo siya sa tabi ni Calista
"Are you going to school?"she asked Mich and Mich nodded at her
"Ofcourse baby"
"Hatid mo ako?"tumingin si Mich sa akin
"Yes baby, si ate Mich na maghatid sayo sa room mo"nakangiti na sabi ko
"Okay mommy!"she smiled
After the breakfast, Luca drive me to my office saka na din siya pumunta sa trabaho niya
"Is he courting you?"Sophia asked me as she saw me went out of his car
"Shut up Engineer and why are you here?"
"Ofcourse im missing my bestfriend"she hugged me
"Damn Sophia! Stop being clingy!"she just laughed at me
"Alona"Nanlaki ang mata ko nang makita si Adam at Zero
"Omaygad!!"agad ko sila niyakap
"Bakit kayo nandito? Di man lang kayo napasabi"natatampo na sabi ko sa kanila
"Surprise!"they both said and laughed
"Niyakap mo sila eh ako wala?"padabog na sabi ni Sophia saka pumunta sa loob
"Bestfriend?"
"Yes, she is Sophia"pagpakilala ko at napansin ko panay ang tingin ni Zero sa kanya
"Someone has a crush"tukso ko kay Zero
"Hindi ah"pagdeny niya at nauna na pumasok sa loob
Bagay naman silang dalawa at baka si Zero na ang para sa kanya. Hindi ko kailangan problemahin dahil mabait si Zero at respetado kahit makulit.
