JERUZAH'S POV
Mabilis na lumipas ang panahon, parang isang araw lang kung susumahin ang mga naging malaking pagbabago sa buhay ko. I was a frail and weak girl when I was in Makas care. I was a martyr waiting for his affection. I can compare myself with a lost puppy in his arms.
I can't deny that I miss him, but for my promise to my baby girl, I will make myself stronger and braver than the previous Jeruzah they know. A women is not weak, we are more dangerous than man. We may seem as an angel but beneath us is a devil ready to kill.
May namumuong kasuklaman sa kalooban ko towards Makas, but my love for him always win. Tanga na kung tanga but what I did is jut love him. My only purpose in life is to love and protect him.
Tama nga ang kasabihang 'Love is powerful'. Love can make you stronger at the same time can make you weaker. Love can make you happy but hurting when it's too much. Love is a beautiful feelings yet a dangerous one, just like us woman. Beautiful but dangerous.
"Lune are you ready?" Kuya Kabuto asked. I just nod my head before putting my gloves properly. Today is my boxing training. I'm kinda good at this beacuse Papa taught me so I didn't feel any nervousness.
Nang maisaayos ko na ang mga gagamiin ko sa training ay agad akong pumasok sa boxing ring at ginawa ang nakasanayan kong stunt, my two arms shielding my face. I just wear sport bra and a black leggings while Kuya Kabuto wear nothing on top and a boxing short.
When the ring bell Kuya Kabuto start attacking that I just swifly avoided all of his attack. I just let him to attack while observing every move he has done. This is a big advantage when you're in a boxibg ring.
First test how strong your opponent is. Second attack to see his weaknes. Lastly attack.
When I see that his stomach is widely open I unleashed a big attack causing him to whimper in pain. Based on my observation his stomach is the weakest part on his body. My Auntie clap her hand while gigling not minding his son laying at the floor suffering from my punch. Nakaramdam naman ako ng awa at nang akmang itatayo ko na siya ay nakalapit naman na si Rieln dito.
"Hala kang bwiset ka, ang weak mo naman! Kilala ba kita? Sino kang hayop ka?" mura ng mura si Rieln habang sinisipa ang kawawang si Kuya Kabuto. I can help but to chuckled.
Oh by the way my Kuya Kabuto is not a manhid now, sa katunayan nanliligaw na siya kay Rieln.
Kuya Kabuto tries to stand up but cannot. Hindi sa pagmamayabang but Papa said that the strongest weapon that I have is my fist.
Nang makitang wala na talagang pag-asa si kuya ay agad nagpatawag si Auntie ng bagong magiging kalaban ko.
I adjust my lousy gloves once more before doing my stunt again. My rival was pretty bulky compare to me who was very thin at halatang sanay na sanay ito.
I was pleased with this set-up, I can now see how strong I' am really.
Naunang sumugod ang kalaban kaya mabilis ko itong inilagan. I was amaze how powerful and speed his punch had. Hinayaan ko lang siyang umatake ng umatake hanggang sa nakita ko ang kahinaan niya, which is his chin, pansin kong sa tuwing aatake ako ay ang baba niya ang mas pinoprotektahan niya.
I count three in my head before standing firm, one of my hands was firmly close protecting half of my face while one was leading the way.
My left foot was standing straight while the left one is bending a little bit. I was energized to do my plan when he protected his cheek making his chin widely open. One step, two step, I twirl my body then attack using the rear uppercut, making my opponent unconcious.
Both Auntie and Rieln was disbelief with what they saw.
Later on, Auntie clap slowly while still staring at my opponent who was now unconcious on the boxing ground.
"I think, you are now ready?"
"Not yet po Auntie, I still want to learn how to hold and use guns and learn taekwando."
"Kung iyan ang gusto mo, maiba tayo now that I know you have a observative eyes, critical thinking and skills, maybe this is the time for you to learn everything about our organization."
What Auntie says make me excited and a little bit nervous at the same time. This is the very first time I will handle an organization. Though I have a little bit info because of the San Cuenco but still not enough.
Auntie let me rest for a while saying I need strenght with what revelation she will reveal.
I just take a shower before resting on my bed while reading my favorite book, hanggang hindi ko namalayang nakatulog na paka ako.
Nagising lang ako ng may kumatok sa aking kwarto.
"Y-Yes!" naghihikab kong wika bago inaantok na tumayo sa kama at buksan ang pinto. Bumungad sa akin ang isang may kaedran ng maid na akmang kakatok ulit. Mukhang hindi nito narinig ang sigaw ko.
She bowed her head before stating her business. This bow thing was very common not just in Spain but in different country. This thing represent how powerful the person in front of you.
"Madam Solel wants to see you at her office," propesyunal na wika nito. All of the maid except to Rieln was all Spanish that's why I need to speak english when I want something or order for them.
"Got it, tell Auntie to wait a moment."
"Sí senyora," she bowed at me one more time before leaving.
I just wear a simple dress and just let my hair in messy bun.
Habang binabagtas ang malawak na pasilyo ng ikalawang palapag kung saan matatagpuan ang opisina ni Auntie ay napuno ito ng pagbati ng mga nagdaraang maids. I just nodded as a reply before walking again.
Mabilis ko namang nakita ang opisina ni Auntie na binabantayan ng dalawang guwardiya. I think this thing is protocol in this house. One important person must have a guard in front of the door they are in, for protection.
They just bowed their head at me before opening the door for me. This gesture remind me of every royalties that I watch on TV.
Mabilis akong tumungo sa loob. Sinalubong ako ng kumikinang na paligid. Ang mga bookhelf ay nakapalibot sa bawat pader habang ang pwesyo ng mesa ni Auntie ay nasa pinakagitna.
"Take your sit Lune." I noddedd as a reply before seating on the sofa in front of her table.
"Are you ready to learn how our organization start?"
