"Are you okay?" Ashton asked me so I nodded.
"I'm alright." I answered him. "Where do you guys want to eat?" I asked them.
"I want pizza!" Energetic Gia said.
"Lasagna for me." Cristy said.
"Let's go to Greenwich." Ashton said and walked away.
"He's mad?" Gia asked and I nodded. It's obviously because of what I did back when we're in Kuya Klyr's car.
"What did you do again?" Cristy asked me. "Pangalawa na 'yan ha." I didn't pay attention to what Cristy's saying and walked towards Ash, who's walking a little bit faster than us.
"Hey, Ashton." I called him while catching up with his footsteps. "Are you mad at me?"
"Ask yourself." He said and walked faster. That made me walk faster too.
"Can you walk slower?" I asked him. "Look, I'm sorry." We're like a couple having a fight in public but I'm the one who's chasing him.
We arrived in front of Greenwich. I'm panting so hard, I got so tired chasing him.
"What's with the two of you?" Gia said while catching her breath, she ran to catch up with us.
"A misunderstanding?" I asked back.
"Anong misunderstanding?" Cristy asked, she just arrived.
"He's jealous." I jokingly said.
"What? Jealous? Me?" He asked me. "You're the one who's jealous because of Prier."
"Don't tell me umaacting na naman kayo." Nanliliit ang mga matang tanong ni Cristy.
"It's obvious." Ashton and I said in unison.
"Grabe yung hingal ko sa inyo tapos acting lang pala yon." Naiiinis na sabi ni Gia.
"Yung jealous part lang yung acting." Sabi ko kay Gia. "Ask him kung anong problema n'ya." Sabi ko pa kay Gia at itinuro si Ashton.
"No need, it's probably because of you shipping him to Prier." Sabi ni Gia at nagkibit balikat.
"What's wrong with shipping you with Prier? I thought you said to me that you like her?" Nanliliit ang mga matang sabi ko kay ashton. It's true, Ashton really told me that he likes Prier.
"Don't mind what she said." Ashton said and pulled me to the entrance of Greenwich. "You're being talkative." He whispered to me.
"Am I?" I asked him and laughed.
"Go there," sabi n'ya at itinuro ang bakanteng lamesa. "Don't talk about Prier here, please lang." Sabi n'ya at itinulak ako palayo sa kanya.
"Noted Kuya Ash." Sabi ko at natatawang pumunta sa bakanteng lamesa.
"Something is wrong with the two of you." Nanliliit ang mga matang sabi sa akin ni Cristy. "I feel like the both of you know something we don't know."
"I have the right to remain silent so I'll remain silent." Sabi ko sa kanya at inilabas ang cellphone ko at nag scroll sa photos, looking for screenshot of my conversation with Ash.
As soon as I saw the screenshot I looked at Cristy who's in front of me to show it to her when someone from behind grabs my phone and that made me quite panicked.
"Are you planning to show it to her?" I heard Ashton whisper in my right ear. He's the one who grabbed my phone.
"Hindi nalang talaga ako magtataka kung kayo nagkatuluyan." As I heard Gia's voice I pushed Ashton using my back.
"Magtaka ka kasi ibig sabihin non naka move on na siya kay Prier." I said to Gia and turned my body to Ashton who's still standing behind me. "Phone." Sabi ko at inilahad ang kamay ko.
"No." Sabi niya at ibinulsa ang cellphone ko. I felt defeated because I couldn't reach for her pocket, baka kasi iba makapa ko.
I turned to Gia and asked her. "Can I borrow your phone? I just want to show you something in my messenger."
"No, go get your phone." Sabi niya sa akin kaya sinamaan ko nang tingin si Ashton.
"Since I don't have a phone I'll just tell it to you guys but without evidence because I don't have a phone." I said to them, "Ashton said to me las—" my words were cutted when Ashton covered my mouth with his freaking hand.
"Stop bringing Prier around. I don't like it." He whispered to me.
"Hey, they deserve to know what's happening." I said to him as I removed his hand from my mouth.
"What's happening? Kayo na ba?" Cristy asked us habang nanliliit ang mga mata.
"Stop talking about Prier. Please Lovelle, I'm losing my patience." He pleaded and this time I know I have to stop.
"Alright sorry." I apologize to him.
"Something is really odd with the two of you." Cristy said while looking at us suspiciously.
"Like they seem more sweet and jealous everytime someone is talking to someone?" Gia cluelessly asked Cristy.
"Yup. What happened last week to the two of you? I heard you meet at my family's cafe." Cristy said. How did she know that? And how come I didn't know it was their family cafe!
"We clear things out." I answered her. What I'm saying is true. Ashton and I met last week because of Prier thingy, we wanted love advice.
"Like your relationship with each other?" Gia asked teasingly.
"Our relationship is crystal clear so we don't need to talk about it. We talked about someone's crush? Like? I don't know, maybe love." I said and laughed.
"And you guys didn't say it to us?" Cristy asked, "who's crush this time?"
Makahulugan akong tumingin kay Ashton pagkatapos marinig ang tanong ni Cristy.
"Hers." He said and pointed his finger at me.
"What the? Ashton Martin!" I said and got up in my seat to see his ugly face. "You know it's yours not mine." Sabi ko pa at pinalo sya sa braso. Yeah, they're still standing.
"Do the three of you mind seating? Naaagaw nyo yung attention ng mga tao." Cristy said that made the three of us sit down. Ashton sat beside me. "Who really it is?"
"It's his." I answered as quickly as I could and pointed my finger at Ashton.
"We all know who he likes." Gia said how could they know? He said I'm the only one who knows who his crush is.
"We all knew? Who?" I asked them curiously. I'm asking them because what if he said different names.
"Prier. We always talked about him having a crush on Prier, you forgot?" Cristy said that made me look at Ashton and laugh at his red face.
"Alam naman pala nila. Ipapakita ko na yung screenshot ko dali. Akin na yung cellphone ko." Nagmamadaling sabi ko sa kanya.
"Where's Syndie? The three of you are hard to handle without her." He said ignoring my question. I felt my throat dry, I suddenly wanted to drink water.
"I'll go get some water." I said to them and stood up then walked straight to the counter to ask for water. After I got a glass of water I walked back to them.
"What happened to you? You look sad." Gia asked as soon as I sat down. I smile at her for assurance that I'm happy. I'm not really sad, I just felt thirsty and hungry.
"Nothing." I said and drank my water. I miss my Mom.
"You miss Tita don't you?" Ashton asked me. I just nod at him as my answer. "Do you want to go home? We can fly back there anytime."
"No! Let's enjoy the Philippines." I quickly disagree with his suggestion. Hindi pa nga kami nakaka isang buong araw dito. "Don't mind me. I always felt this on my first day in the Philippines."
Dumating na yung pagkain na inorder nila kaya nag umpisa na kaming kumain.
"We should head to our hotel to rest after eating." Gia suggested. We all agreed because we're all tired after all.
After we finished eating we headed to our hotel as planned to rest.
"Get some rest, I'll lock the door. Ako nang bahala kay Sydnie pag nanggulo na naman s'ya." Sabi ni Ashton at itinulak ako sa pinto ng kuwartong pinag iistayan namin saka ito sinarado. Magkasama kami sa isang kwarto pero magkaiba yung kama. We don't really put malice in it. Sanay na kaming natutulog sa ibang room.
"Thank you!" I thanked him. "You should get rest too. Let's just lock the door and Ignore her. " I said and laughed.
"Are you sure? She's a monster." Natatawa na sabi n'ya. I just nodded to him as my answer before jumping on my bed.
"Para kang bata." Sabi n'ya at binato ako ng unan na niyakap ko naman.
"Di ko na babalik sayo to." Sabi ko at binelatan s'ya saka pumikit para matulog. Isa nalang ang unan na natira sa kanya dahil kada kama ay dalawang unan lang ang mayroon.
"Give it back to me!" Narinig kong sigaw n'ya ngunit hindi ko s'ya pinansin. "Hey!" He said while pulling his pillow out of my arms.
"Stop it Ashton. I'm trying to sleep here." I said to him and pushed his hands away.
"You know that I can sleep without hugging something or someone." He said and returned pulling his pillow away from my arms.
"You can hug me." I said without opening my eyes.
"W-what? Y-you're kidding me right?" Utal na tanong niya kaya napadilat ako. He looked confused and nervous at the same time, which made me chuckle.
"Why do you look nervous Ashton Martin?" Natatawang tanong ko sa kan'ya bago iabot ang unan n'ya na yakap yakap ko. "Here. Sorry for teasing you. Let's rest now."
