Chapter 12 Future Lord you say?

Dark made the decision to turn me over to Vald. I mentioned that I thought this Vald didn't like me, but Dark chuckled as if she wasn't normal and added, "Don't worry, he hates everyone. so you're not alone." I already knew it; I don't like his aura and his attitude, and now I'm thinking that maybe he shouldn't be good to me like Dark because I don't know.
"Stop thinking gibberish, you nonsense human!" Vald muttered as he walked away, leaving me behind.
No mistake! I couldn't help it; I began to smirk. "You are a devil, you filthy demon!" I remarked as I followed him.
"Don't roll your eyes at me, young lady," he said after hearing me roll my eyes. "I'm not in the mood," he muttered huskily.
Darkness is better than you, Haystack. I wish I were with her. I pout and whisper, "I'm also not in the mood, tsk."
When I heard his heavy sigh, I had the impression that perhaps he wasn't all that bad—possibly he was simply scared to be a decent demon. "I can hear you," he answered coldly.
My heart is aching a little. I apologetically remarked, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say it," and I lowered my head in regret.
"Am I really that bad?" he wondered. I was so astonished that I swallowed my saliva. I hesitated and mumbled, "Maybe?"
The faint sound of a smile caught my attention. He was so attractive that when I glanced at him, I couldn't help but be in awe.
"Akuma," I said with a smile, and he stared at me in astonishment, "You're beautiful when you smile."
He pauses in his walking and asks, "Akuma? What do you mean?"
"There are many other languages in my world. A-Ku-Ma is a Japanese word, and that means devil. Like you," I added with a smile, forcing him to flinch and look away.
"Whatever! Let's go! Do whatever you want!" He stated as he began to walk quickly.
You are a demon, Assh! But he's gorgeous when he grins; now, I'm convinced, he's also a good devil in certain ways.
"Aku-MA! Don't leave me behind," I begged, my voice shaking.
"It's all your fault!" He remarked in a gruff voice, "Move faster, you useless human."
He is, indeed, a demon.
"Please!?" I inquire, and he comes to a halt.
or perhaps not?
"Fine!" He told me as he waited for me.
"Walk faster!" he said as I started heading towards him. "Very slow," he snorted.
I ran up to him and gave him a big hug, saying, "Goal!" He raised his eyebrows, and I responded joyfully.
"Human, what objective are you referring to?" He spoke in husky tones.
I snatched my hug back from him, gently laughed, and added, "You," realizing what I was saying, "I mean, aysh! It's difficult to explain," I responded, making him laugh.
Is it real that he's laughing? Does this devil know how to laugh?
"What's with the expression, human? he asks, smirking.
"You're handsome; when you laugh, you look like a good demon." I gulp and gently chuckle.
"A-Ku-ma, my A-Ku-ma!" I predicted a smirk from him.
"Human, what age are you?" He asked, crossing his arms and looking at me.
"Sixteen years old," I answered hesitantly as I cast my gaze elsewhere and pout.
"The interval is 131. Do you intend to continue making out with me, Human?" He smiled while saying it.
He's really gorgeous. "Really My Akuma, you're already one hundred forty-seven years old?"
"Let's go," he responded, responding to my serious tone, and I began to walk.
"Akuma, why are you walking with me?" I asked as I followed him, my two hands behind me.
I inquired, and he glanced at me as if he didn't understand what I was saying.
"Why should you care? Well, it's a mission given by Lord Violet, my own father," he explained, leaving me a little dismayed.
I'm sorry; if I'm dissatisfied, it's only because I expected something else.
I grin at him, and he raises his left brow. "I feel your sadness, young lady," he says as he walks behind me.
"You understand, young woman. I'm a devil who will one day rule this world." He remarked, and I chuckled as if I didn't understand what he meant by "falling in love with a human is not my priority or intention."
"So you're the next Lord of the World? I assumed it was King Dark." I stated that I didn't hear him say anything about falling in love.
He gives a sneer and crosses his arms. I nod and glance up into the sky as he inquires, "Do you like that demon so much?"
I responded, peering into his face, "Let's just say that... she talks to me even if no one asks; we encounter each other unexpectedly; and ultimately, she's a good demon unlike you, A-Ku-ma." I can picture him rolling his eyes.
He positioned his hands on his hips. He said so, and began to walk, "Don't worry, I'll say that to Lord Violet. Expect that your King Dark, will be the one who will be with you, starting tomorrow."
I shook my head in disbelief at what he stated. "I didn't say that, did I?" I asked, attempting to catch up to him.
I heard him expel a lot of air from his mouth. "Young lady, not everything you feel came out of your mouth; let's go; I'll take you back to Lord Magic Palace," he stated solemnly.
I simply nodded and followed him.
Why is everything so important to him?
We're walking slowly.
I'm walking with my gaze fixed on him.
He is a terrifying demon.
"Hayst!" I exhale heavily, and he looks at me puzzledly. "Why?" he asks.
I grinned and shook my head at him. "Nothing, I'm just tired of walking," I explained, and he quietly laughed.
He is both handsome and lovely. "We have a long way to go; how about I carry you, young lady?" He kneeled and put both his hands behind his back without hesitation.
He smiles at me once more. "Let's go? Young lady," he asks, and I nod without thinking because my mind is focused on copying his cheerful expression.
Damn! This devil appeals to me. "Hold me tight," he replied, standing up.
He's now piggybacking me and rushing as if someone is ahead of us.
I clutch him tightly and can't stop smelling him.
He smells nice; I suppose I'd miss him if I couldn't smell him.
"We've arrived," he says as he pulls me down. "Thank you, King Vald," I said, smiling.
Akuma was about to say anything when he was interrupted. "What happened to you, Lily?" I search for the speaker, and it's Dark.
"Dark! Why are you here?" I inquired, noting which portion had her perplexed. "Didn't I tell you that Lord Magic is my mother? Of course, this is my palace as well," she boasted, making me nod.
"Nothing happened to her; she just feels tired, so I carry her," Akuma explained, his brows furrowed. "Ha ha ha, thank you for bringing me back here, King Vald," I said, smiling.
He proclaimed, "It's Akuma, young lady," before turning away from us. He claimed that he looked back at me and grinned, then vanished, saying, "I already allowed you to call me by that name, so don't change it."
Dark muttered with a sneer, "That bastard! He finally let someone enter his heart," and then she hardly chuckled.
I gaze at Dark, trying to figure out what he's saying. He looks at me with a smile and replies, "What do you mean Dark?" she shake his head and walked into the palace, "By the way, don't praise me in front of him. He's my number one enemy and my one and only brother."
I gave her a nod. Dark said, "Let's go. I'll lead you to my mother's palace." Dark then stepped outside and began to move.
How did she find out that Akuma was told I had commanded him?
and why I am completely incompetent.
