After Coleb fainted, the two nobles fainted as well. Thanks to this, the chairs flipped over, and the Meeting Hall became a mess. The Hall soon became chaotic with all the butlers who came to clean it up. Mr. Dufin’s body was also taken care of by the authority together with Leon and Oriana. Olive, Xieaniel, Kate, and Raith went out to investigate further. The only calm people at this point were Ashriel and Nathan. Natsuki consoled Mix, who seemed to be traumatized by what happened. She flinched when Ashriel spoke.
“Go to your father’s room now, Lady. Wait for him to regain consciousness. Afterwards, we’ll meet at the balcony of my room.” Mix nodded reluctantly and hurriedly left the room with Natsuki. Ashriel saw that the servants were trembling in her presence, so she left the Hall, which made everyone’s body slumped, and they let out a deep breath.
“Ash, what will happen now?” Nathan asked as they walked side by side. Ashriel did not respond for a moment before she stopped walking.
“Let’s wait for Olive’s report.” She answered swiftly and continued to walk.
What happened at the Meeting Hall caused a great commotion in the Tethoris Palace. The news spread quickly like a virus causing the nobles and servants to tremble whenever they see Ashriel. Some are brave enough to greet her but not brave enough to talk to her. Some are scared enough to shift their ways whenever they see that they might bump into Ashriel when they walk in the hallway. Some even used the long stairs instead of the elevator in order to avoid her. Ashriel knew it but had no interest at all.
“Boss, the background of the two nobles who were present alongside Mr. Dufin were clear. We investigated carefully and learned that they have no connection with the Quislings.” Olive reported. So far, there have been no spotted movements of the Quislings yet. Ashriel only nodded.
“I know,” Ashriel answered and took a sip of her tea. Everyone turned their heads at her.
“Pardon, Boss?” Olive tilted her head and scratched her ear. “Did… Did I hear you right? You…. knew?” She asked carefully. Ashriel nodded her head slowly.
“Someone tipped me.” She replied, making everyone more confused.
“May I ask who?” Ashriel grinned and shook her head.
“Hmm. You don’t have to know.” Olive’s body slumped as she scratched her head.

“You should have said it to us, Boss.” She washed her face with her two palms in distress. Ashriel only shrugged her shoulders, making everyone chuckle at Olive’s reaction. They all stopped when a knock was heard on the thick door.
“Come in.”
The door slowly opened as Coleb peeped. What is he doing? Is he really a King or what? Seeing that everyone was looking at him, he cleared his throat and opened the door widely.
“W-We are here, Your Highness.” Mix and the two nobles hid behind him like scared puppies. Ashriel gulped her tea and only nodded her head.
“Come, sit here.” Coleb wasted no time and sat in front of Ashriel faster than the clock. Nathan cleared his throat to control his laughter from bursting. Olive and Leon bit their lower lips, and the rest looked away as they could not hide their smiles. But Natsuki paid no attention to them and slipped himself behind Mix.
“How are you, Princess?” He whispered with a soft tone, making Mix blush. She was about to respond when Ashriel spoke.
“Natsuki.” She called. Natsuki rolled his eyes before stepping towards her. “Reserve your flirting for later.” She said, making everyone released the laughter they were trying to swallow a moment ago. Coleb and the two nobles laughed as well, lifting the gloomy atmosphere.
“Good. I’m just making you laugh.” She said when Coleb stopped laughing. “That jerk is the strongest connection of the Quislings in this Kingdom since he holds the position next to the you. So, the Quislings lost their connection. But we can’t afford to be complacent in terms of security. The Quislings probably entered the main city by now.” Coleb gulped and bit his thumbnail. “The attack will probably happen tonight. The tip I got said that it will happen at the place where many people are gathering. Possibly, it will be at the bar or the local markets. They were also planning to burn the nearest forest where many natives live.” Coleb was speechless. How did she get such information in a short span of time? Well, she is not called the ‘Greatest Ruler’ if she is not this good.
“Gather your strongest forces and your weakest. Separate them. First General De Carsein will be assigned in disseminating the information and grouping and assigning them to different posts.” Nathan nodded. “I understand.” He replied.
“Second General Cerveil will be assigned to the nearest forest. Bring some forces with you, Brother. Discuss it with Carsillion.”
“Copy,” Natsuki replied, and Ashriel nodded.
“Major General Mizuki will be assigned to the whole system. Check every camera and protect the system from possible hackers.” Ashriel bit her cookie as Xieaniel nodded in response.
“Major General Norton will be assigned to contact and disseminate information to the other nobles and important people. Colonel Norton and Captain Atherton will be assigned to the air forces.” Coleb only listened attentively and nodded his head in agreement. His face never hides his amusement.
“Lieutenant Colonels Hirutsugi and Emsworth, do what you always do. You’re assigned to the central bar and local markets.”
“Yes, Your Highness.” Kate and Raith said in chorus.
“Questions?” She sipped her tea. “Yes, Brother?” She asked without looking at him, amusing Coleb in front of her all the more.
“I’m not familiar with the nearest forest, Zi. I need someone who has enough knowledge about the ins and outs of that place in case something happens.
“My daughter knows that place very well, Your Highness,” Coleb said with a joyful tone like a kid. He’s very proud of himself for suggesting something for his Kingdom. Ashriel and Natsuki looked at Mix, who seemed to be in shock.
“M-Me? Father?” She asked. Coleb only nodded a couple of times.
“No. It will be dangero-“
“No!” She exclaimed, making everyone looked at her. She gulped and felt her heart beats faster for cutting Natsuki’s words. “I-I can be of help. Please… Please allow me to join.” She pleaded with her hands clasped on her chest. Natsuki only stared at her, making her face red. P-Please…” She pleaded once more. Coleb laughed proudly and stood up to pat his daughter’s head like a little kid.
“Brother?” Ashriel said, waiting for his answer. Natsuki sighed in distress and ruffled his hair.
“Fine. Then stick with me all the time.” He said and eyed Mix, whose eyes widened even more.
