" Morning Ben ", I was greeted by Brian, how did he find my house?, I never showed anyone my house apart from my best friend unless he asked Deborah for my house address, and what is he doing here?, these questions keep popping up inside my head but physically I am just dumbfounded looking as my visitor who came early in the morning when breakfast is still being served.
" Can I come in ?",he asked me, I look behind me at my mum to see her reaction whether she was looking at the door or she was still facing her food on the table, " who is that? ", she asked me,*** a friend, I guess ***, I answered my mum as I opened the door wide so that she could see the person on the door, Brian's face was new to her she has never seen me hang out with this person before and I also have never seen myself hang out with Brian before, does this guy want something from me, we just met on the day of my fight with Steve but it seems like he wants to be very close to me or something, not that I don't accept having a new friend, if someone probably want to be friends with me?, because I have nothing to offer but this guy seems like he is kind of interested in getting to know me more when I have done nothing to deserve anyone's attention.
*** Yes, you can come in***, I said to Brian as I adjusted out of the way to let him pass, " wow, your house looks stunning, quiet a great place for a guy like you ", I can see the question on my mum's face, I don't know what she is thinking right now but I can tell that she find it a bit weird seeing this guy who just decided to come to our house, my mum knew that I don't have much friends not to talk of ones that comes to visit and not just during the day but early in the morning, as Brian was still looking around our house, I saw my mum look at me then at him asking me a question with her eyes,*** oh mum, this is Brian my classmate in English class, we just got to know each other on the school resumption day***, I know that my mum was going to accept him anyway because she really wants me to start hanging out with as much people as I can, so whether I found a weird friend or a cool friend she would be ok with it.

" Seems like you're going to stay with your friend today Ben, maybe tomorrow we can go together, I am about to leave the house, you can come out and lock it after you are done ", I wanted to call my mum back but I was still inside the bathroom, I can't just open the door and be naked in front of my mum. how can she even decide to leave without waiting for me to finish my bath, I washed myself as fast as I can before coming out of the bathroom, I tied my towel around my body as I used another one to clean my body and hair, I went to where Brian was, he was reading a book so I went to my room and change into my clothes before coming out to the parlor again,*** so how do you see my home*** I asked Brian trying to start a conversation with him so that the environment won't seem a bit weird, " oh yeah, you have a beautiful home, quiet a noisy environment to play the piano", he said lifting both of his eyebrows, yeah he is really correct, my neighborhood is quiet a noisy place to play the piano, oh I think I found something, he seems to be interested in the piano and I played the piano on the school resumption day when I first met him, maybe that was the reason he is coming for me.

I really don't know if Steve enjoyed that presentation but I can tell that his compliment was just to make a caricature of me, he has never been the type to compliment a person like me, I was just something like his punching bag to him. Steve was the most perfect person I have ever seen, still he also acts like a dick which he is, " my sister is not yet perfect with the piano but she is really trying her best, whenever she plays, it always got me in a good mood, I can even create a new song by just the sound of what she plays on the piano, she always stops frequently because she is still a learner but the way your fingers was moving that day, I can tell that you know every single sound of the keys on the piano, so I think that one day I could recommend you to my sister, I feel like you are going to be a great teacher to her and you know what ?", he said waiting for me to ask him what?, it just seems like he wanted to know whether I was curious, curious to know more about his sister.
