Sushie took a bath the moment she got to her room, she got dressed up in casual clothing before she went downstairs for her breakfast.
The Breakfast consisted of Sliced breads, spread with Sweetened butter and a hot cup of chocolate.
Sushie really enjoyed the Breakfast as it was one of the best ones she had had in a while.
Later, she went back to her room where she fell back asleep the moment her head hit the soft cushion.
It seemed like the morning jog really drained most of her energy.

Sushie's POV.
I was awoken by the ringing of my alarm that I set earlier.
As I didn't want to sleep the whole day, I had to set an alarm to control the number of hours I was going to sleep.
Funny right?
Thought so too.
The lyrics of the song that filled the air was, Perfect by one of my favorite musicians Ed Sheeran..
* I found a love for me
Darling, just dive right in and follow my lead
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet

I must say, perfect was the first romantic song I got to know by hand and I guess that's why it's still one of my favorite love songs.
I turned off the alarm, before opening my music player app on my phone and tapping the shuffle button.
Almost immediately I did.
The lyrics of one of my most favorite songs by the Canadian singer, Alessia Cara.
The song is entitled, Scars to your beautiful.
The song laid emphasis on the everyday challenges faced by women due to high beauty standards.
And, because she had once being a victim of body shaming, Sushie found herself finding meanings to the lyrics of the song
The lyrics of the song went thus:

She craves attention, she praises an image
She prays to be sculpted by the sculptor. *
Sometimes, girls especially teenagers find themselves wanting to look beautiful and unique so they go to just any lengths just to look that way. Not caring much about the consequences.

So she tries to cover up her pain

They try to hide their pain between the smiles as they believe that they shouldn't cry after the face is made as it'll ruin the makeover.

One thing most teen girls seem to have forgotten Is that there's beauty in each and every one of us.
It's not until we apply foundations of makeovers and so on that we look beautiful.
Everyone is beautiful just the way they are, it's high time people realized this fact and accepted it.

We don't need to change anything about ourselves but rather, the world should change their hearts : The way they think and see things.

You know, "Cover-girls eat nothing"

"I can go a little while longer," she fades away *
Lots of girls go through intense pain just to look beautiful.
Some even go as far as starving themselves for it, but is it even worth the pain?
* She don't see her perfect
She don't understand she's worth it
Or that beauty goes deeper than the surface

Many girls seem to have forgotten that true beauty isn't only about physical appearances. but, also about the heart and who one is as a person.

As the lyrics continued playing, Sushie couldn't help, wondering why most girls pay more attention to beauty.
Why?
The fact that beauty Is just superficial still remains.
Appearances don't really matter but the heart.

Girls should Realize that they are beautiful just the way they are and they don't need to change anything, I mean anything about themselves. They are perfect just the way they are.

Every living being on Earth is beautiful and a star.
Though the song is meant mostly for the female gender nevertheless, the male gender can also relate to it especially those that feel that they are not looking beautiful enough.
Lesson learnt : You are beautiful just the way you are.
