"Hahaha!" Zeira laughed.
Because Nique asked her about the status with Lauver.
"Why?" Nique asked curiously.
"You got me wrong!" Zeira said.
"You mistook us!" She added.
Then Zeira laughed again.
"You know Dear, I noticed him..he likes you! He showed how he really concerned with you." Zeira said.
"What?, I thought there's something between.." Then she interrupted because Zeira interjected.
"Are you jealous?" She teased Nique.
"Hmmmph!.. You really jealous!" Zeira teased her again.
"No, I'm not jealous." She denied.
Wilmon secretly watching over Nique. He also followed her car. Now her car was going to somewhere and he didn't know where it was going. He just kept following Nique's car.
This is his role, follow Nique every night wherever her car goes. He seems like a secret body guard of Nique and a secret agent of Lauver as well. Because he just kept watching and following her for its safety.
Aren't they over protective? What he meant is he and Lauver. No, maybe yes, because now that they knew there's some people wanted to kidnap Nique. And it was Xendo's gang.
"Xendo." Wilmon uttered the name.
He is a laboratory researcher. Why he wants to kidnap Nique? Did he see or discovered something about Nique being different to everyone? If that's so, they really need to be overprotective to Nique.
Nique and Lauver accidentally met at the coffee shop of Cafe De Crema. Lauver was already there when Nique arrived.
As she entered the entrance she saw Lauver and Lauver saw her too. So how could she avoid Lauver?
It's an awkward situation for her now. But why she should avoid Lauver? For what reason? She asked in mind.
She decided to sit on the last table at the other side so that Lauver could not see her.
The waiter neared her to ask for her order.
She ordered a cup of cappuccino and cinnamon bread.
"And water please." She added when the waiter was about to leave.
After a while, she saw Lauver following the waiter coming holding a tray of her orders. She knew that Lauver might go to her, and she's right with her instinct because Lauver sat on the chair in front her. They are now on one table.
The waiter walked away after he done to put the orders on the table.
They both still speechless.
"Ehemm.." Lauver wants to break the silence.
"Hi, how are you?" He asked.
"I'm good." She replied sparingly.
Why it's now awkward? She asked in mind. She can't directly look to Lauver.
"Do you really like Xendo?" Suddenly Lauver asked.
"Whaaat?" She didn't like the question.
"Why are you asking me that?" She asked Lauver.
"You really concern for him, you forgot?"
"Zeira told me everything. I'm sorry that there's some part missing in my memory." She seriously said.
"Good that you knew now."
Then Lauver folded up the long sleeves of his knitted sweater. He did it intentionally. So Nique saw his bracelet.
Her eyes almost widened because she saw the bracelet designed with Yin Yang. Then she unintentionally holds the pendant of her necklace, 'coz it's a Yin Yang too.
So it was him! Nique said in mind. It's really not Wilmon. It was him!
She meant Lauver, the man in the Strange World.
She could not stop herself from asking.
"Why you have that?"
"And why you also have that?" He asked back the same. While his finger pointed to Nique's necklace.
She couldn't speak at the moment. She didn't know what she should have to say.
Suddenly, the place changed.
It was so dark. She saw again rounded things, floating and rotating. She's now again in the Strange World. She thought for Lauver, she was in the coffee shop and Lauver was there so she called him.
"Lauver.. Where are you?" She speaks even she knew she was again in the Strange World.
Then after a while she saw the man that coming. "Is he Lauver?" She uttered.
She tried to call it in Lauver's name.
"Lauver?, are you Lauver?"
"How about you? Who really you are in the real world?" The man asked her.
"I'm Nique." She replied.
Then everything's back to the real abruptly.
There she saw again the tables and chairs, the customers and waiters. And Lauver in front her. She almost stared at Lauver. Lauver noticed her.
She didn't know that when she's been in a while in the Strange World, Lauver also suddenly been there. But Lauver didn't know it either. So they both don't know.
"What's wrong?" Lauver asked her.
"Ah... nothing, I need to go anyway." Nique said.
Then she stands up and picked her things.
"Wait.. why?" Lauver stands up too and followed her.
"Nique let's talk." Lauver said.
While Nique still walking to go out the coffee. As she out, she walked to get her car.
"Nique, we need to talk.. if you experiencing something unusual or strange, well, we are the same." He said continuosly.
He didn't expect that now he did say it to her. He realized it after he said.
Is it the time he should have to reveal to Nique all about himself?
Nique turned to him. She still speechless. Then Lauver approached her.
"Could you come with me?" Lauver asked seriously.
"Let's have talk." He also said.
"We have a lot of things should talk." He added.
"Where?" She asked.
"And why?" She also said.
"Let's go.." Then Lauver holds her on her arm to lead her.
"Wait.. my car.."
"Oh!.." Lauver almost forget that Nique's car also parked there.
"Okay, just bring your car home first.. I will also drive my car to follow you." He said.
When Nique arrived the house no. 577, she stopped the car. She opened the gate and she entered to open the gate at the garage. Then she drove her car to get in the garage. While Lauver was in his car still waiting.
She went back outside. Lauver called her from his car window. But then he also went out from his car to open the door for Nique.
"Let's go?" He asked her.
"Wait.. where will we go?" Nique asked.
"To the place where we could talk peacefully and no more distraction."
Then he started his car and completely drove.
"Where is that place?" Nique asked curiously.
But Lauver just smiled.
"Hey!, we could also talk here in the car. Why need to go somewhere?" Nique said flatly.
"We can't talk here. Because we won't just talk simple as this, we will talk about the strange things happening both of us." He explained.
Nique suddenly quiet. Even though she didn't know where will they go, she doesn't feel any anxious feeling because it was Lauver. She always feels she's safe whenever she was with him.
