Ariana glared at me and finally walked out on us. I groaned. I still don't understand, why Ariana always likes to piss me off, at any slight chance she gets. She glares at me anytime we made eye contact. She's always the one going against my rules. Ever since the competition began, she's been acting all strange, sassy, and rude. Sometimes, I wonder if she has a little bit of a mental disorder, though I don't know her with any before. Her reaction is strange. This minute, she's all nice and the next minute, she's yelling. I hissed. "Damn, Ariana has built up some courage," Kelvin said, jolting me out of my thought.
I scoffed. "You call her rude and sassy attitude, courage?"
He nodded. "Of course. I never expected her to act that way. That girl is now f**king bold"
I hissed. "I still don't get what's amusing in that attitude of hers?"
He chuckled. "A lot, Lucian. A lot"
I hissed. "Nothing is amusing, Kelvin. Only the fact that she's rude and sassy"
"Sassy? Rude?. I don't think so"
I furrowed my brows."Are you supporting her?"
He chuckled. "No, I'm not supporting her, ok?? I'm just curious. Why are you emphasizing more about the rude and sassy part?"
I hissed. "Because that's the truth"
Kelvin giggled. "Come on, let it slide, bro". I hissed. "Come on"
I groaned. "I can't wait for the competition to be over"
He laughed. "I bet she thinks the same too"
I hissed. "I'm leaving. You can wait and get your phone from her"
He chuckled. "We are leaving together"
I rolled my eyes. "We ain't"
"We are"
"Say that to the hands"
"What?"
"You heard me!!". I turned to leave
"You ain't leaving right?"
I hissed. "Wait and see". I left him standing and went to the place where the cars are parked.
"Hey!!" He yelled. I ignored him and entered the car and zoom off. He'll find his way home when he wants.

I sat on the couch, going through the score sheet. Tomorrow is the last day of the competition and we will be choosing the lucky girl, that will be privileged to follow me to any country of her choice for a month. Kelvin was seated with Mira, playing games. From the sound, I knew it was candy crush. I rolled my eyes. We have four girls left for the competition. I've gone through the score sheet four times and am not ready to accept the result. "Kelvin?". I called but there was no answer. I raised my head. Kelvin's full attention was on the game he was playing with Mira. I had to yell his name.
He chuckled. "Sorry"
I hissed. "Are you telling me Ariana has the highest scores?"
He chuckled and Mira groaned. "Yes. Can't you see it on the score sheet?"
"I'm not blind, ok? But I can't accept it"
"And why won't you accept it?" Maya asked
I rolled my eyes and relaxed on the couch. "She..."
"Doesn't deserve it?" She asked
"I never said that"
"But that's where the conversation is heading to". I groaned. "I still don't know why you dislike that girl"
"I do not dislike her"
"Then why can't you give her what belongs to her?"
"I..."
"You knew she was going to come in the first place. You knew Jasper was going to make her come"
I sighed. "I knew she was going to come, but the least I expect was for her to win"
Maya chuckled. "Do you think she came from Scotland to America to lose?"
I groaned. "That girl is rude and sassy!"
Maya scoffed. "Stop giving flimsy excuses, Lucian. It isn't like you ain't rude either?". I rolled my eyes. Really?.
"Kelvin, Maya has been attacking me but you ain't saying anything"
He chuckled. "You know I won't support you"
I groaned. "Are you saying, I should let her win?"
Kelvin rolled his eyes. "Of course. Were you planning to cheat?"
Maya stood up and came to sit on the couch with me. "Why can't you see it as a way of paying her back for sending her away from her home in the first place"
I sighed. "Ok. You can declare her as the winner but she won't go on any trip with me"
Mira chuckled. "You're joking. You made the law, you can't break it"
I groaned. "I can't imagine, spending a day with that girl"
Kelvin hissed. "You don't have to spend it with her, idiot"
Mira chuckled. "Consider it a way of getting to know Jasper's plan"
I smiled. "You're such a smart girl"
"I know" she replied
"Kelvin, announce her as the winner tomorrow". He nodded.
"As your lordship pleases"

When it was time to announce the winner, the rest were eager and you could see the fear on their faces but Ariana, she didn't show any sign of fear. I kept staring at her to see if her emotion will change but it didn't. When she was finally declared the winner, she didn't jump up like other girls would have done. I rolled my eyes. Maybe it's a wrong decision, to choose her as the winner. I shrugged off the feelings and decided to flow with her. The rest walked up to her to congratulate her. Kelvin was standing beside me, staring at them. "Kelvin, tell her we will be leaving in two days. She should choose the country of her choice, so I can make a reservation" I whispered
"You will do that yourself" Kelvin answered. I rolled my eyes. "I'll call her". I tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen. "Ariana?". She came close. "Lucian has something to tell you"
She rolled her eyes. "What?"
I hissed. "Rude girl" I murmured. She stared at me. "We leave in two days"
She scoffed. "Says who?"
I rolled my eyes. Is this girl for real? "Says me"
"You can't just make decisions alone"
I smirked. "Well, I already did"
She smiled back. "Sorry to burst your bubbles. We ain't leaving in two days. I'll communicate when we leave". My eyes widen. Is this girl for real? She turned to face Kelvin. "Bye, Kelvin. I've got a plane to catch". Kelvin only nodded and she left. I stood, rooted to my spot, still finding it difficult to believe she said that!!.
