"What is it?".lily said as she took her seat."why did you want to meet?".
   "I told you on the phone, didn't I?".a female voice said.
   "You told me nothing". lily said."just say whatever it is you have to say already".
       "Why?.do you have other plans?".
      "It's none of your business!".lily spat."just go straight to the point or i will leave ".lily threatened.
   "Try leaving".
   "What?".lily asked in disbelief staring at the female in front of her.
   "I said try leaving".
    "Whoa".was all lily said.she sat down reluctantly with an annoyed expression.
   "I am not your enemy lily.you should stop treating me like one".
   "How can I be sure that you are not my enemy?". lily asked."when you act like one all the time".
  "That's up to you lily".
   "Let's stop beating around the bush".lily said wanting to be done with the other female already."what do you want?".
  "I want nothing lily.i just want to help you".
     "Help me?".you actually expect me to believe you". lily said."you have done to me damages not help!. lily banged her hands on the table as she stood up.
    "You are wrong lily".
    "Am wrong?!". lily said."okay then.tell me what help you have done to me". lily seated back,crossed her legs and folded her arms waiting for an answer.
    "You want to know?".
     "Yes". lily said."so tell me".
   "I chased blaire away from you".
   "Ha". lily said."you chased blaire?".
     "Yes".
    Lily stared with disbelief at the person in front of her who had a calm expression.
    "Then why did I see her that day?".lily snickers."or was I hallucinating?".
    "I don't know".
     The calm expression lily was seeing irritated her."You don't know?".lily nods."alright let me ask you this then".
     "You can ask me anything lily,I will give you answers to all your questions".
    "Answers?". lily asked."You must think am a joke to you,all this is a joke to you right?". lily asked.
    "No".
    Lily was getting annoyed and she wanted to lash out yet she calmed herself down.it took lily few minutes to be calm.  "Anna". lily said.
     "Anna?".
     "Who killed her?". lily asked.she had been wondering about this.
     "Why are you asking me that?".
     "You were there". lily said."I saw you on that night when anna died". lily studied the expression on the other female face but she couldn't get anything out of it.
  "It doesn't mean anything ".
   "Why were you there?".lily asked."you said you were going to give me answers to all my questions.were you bluffing?".
   "Someone sent me a text to go there.i don't know who it was though".
   "And you went there?". lily asked."just like that?.i know you enough to know that you wouldn't go to a place when you don't know the person ".
    "Why were you there too lily?".lily was silent.she wasn't expecting to be asked that question."since you claim that I know who the killer is because I was there.what about you then lily?.why were you there?.you are a suspect too lily".
    It was true.lily was also a suspect since she was in the crime area.
    "I didn't kill anna". It was almost a whisper."I swear I didn't anna".
  "I didn't kill anna too, nether do I know who killed her". lily wiped the tears that were starting to fall as she listened."she was already dead when I arrived lily".
    "So who did?".lily asked.
    "Why are you so sure she was killed?".
   Lily smiled bitterly."I know anna,she would never commit suicide".
    "Sometimes I don't understand you lily.just a minute ago you were crying and now you are smiling."
      "What about it?". lily asked.
       "Nothing".
    "You said that you had something to tell me about anna".lily said."what is it?".
    "It's something I recently got to know about so I thought I should tell you about it ".
      "What is it?". lily asked.
    "It seems like anna was in a romantic relationship with someone.she was seen going to an hotel with a man".
    Lily was silent again.she didn't look surprise,it was if she knew.
    "You knew right?".
    Lily took a deep breath,raised her chin up a bit."anna wasn't dating him"."at least not willing". lily mumbled the last part.
   "But she was dating someone right?".
    "Haha". lily laughed."why do I feel like you're interrogating me right now?".
     "I am not".
    "Is that all you have to say to me?".lily asked."geez...I thought it was something new but it's old news".
   The other female studied lily for a while,she then brought out a card from her bag and showed lily."it was you, wasn't it?".
     Lily didn't want to look but she did reluctantly and was immediately dumbstruck.she looked away instantly trying to hide the expression on her face."I don't know what you are talking about".
       "You don't?".
       "Yes".lily nodded."I have no idea of what you are saying ".
      "You are responsible for this, aren't you?"it wasn't a question.
      "I already said I don't know what you are talking about but you keep bugging me". lily said."since you don't believe me,you must have prove right?". They both knew that there was no prove.
    "You want prove?".
     "Yes I do". lily said."so where is the prove?".
    "I don't have it lily ". lily was about to give a response but the other female spoke again."since you are asking for prove, it must mean that I am right then".
    "What do you mean?".lily said putting up a calm expression.
      "What do you think I mean lily?". Lily gave no response, she just kept staring at the female in front of her."I knew you were sick but I didn't think it was this severe". lily said nothing."why are you like this?".
     "Whose fault is it?". lily asked suddenly."whose fault is it that I have become this way?!.whose fault is it that I keep having nightmares?!.whose fault is it that I am no longer sane?!".
   Although lily asked these questions,she needed no answers."I should get going now.this has been a waste of my time ".
  Lily gave one last towards the person sitting down, turned away and left the place.the other female watched lily's back."she played the victim again".

   "Lily".she turned to see cole.
    "Cole?".lily said surprised to see cole,she wondered if he had saw her as she came out.she hoped he didn't see her when she came out."what are you doing here?".
   "I could ask you the same".cole said."why are you here?".
    "Oh I...". lily searched for the right words."I just happened to pass by".Cole didn't seem to be convinced but he said nothing."what about you?". lily said trying to change the topic.
      "I am on my way to meet someone".Cole said."my friend ".
     "Here?"lily pointed to the building they were in front of.
   Cole shakes his head."No not here".
   "Okay".lily nodded "I didn't know you have friends other than anna.you were always with her".lily couldn't believe she said that.she was trying to make a conversation but unknowingly she said anna's name.
    Both Cole and lily became ackwardly silent,each of the two both had their own reasons."you are right lily.am always with anna".
   "Am sorry cole ".lily said."I didn't mean.... ".lily tried but cole shakes his head at lily."it's nothing.i understand ".
  "um.. Lily". Cole started. "can I ask you something?". Cole asked. 
   "Sure"lily nodded. "what is it?". 
    "Did you know anna before?".cole asked."I meant if you guys were close?". 
     Lily looked at Cole contemplating whether she should lie or not,but she decided not to."we might need to sit down".
