THIRD-PERSON POV ~
"Dad when can I meet him?" Bryson asks
"you ask the same question daily Bry I promise when the doctor gives me permission then I will take you to him," Jacob said
"dad, can we at least go meet uncle Parker and Pear?" Bryson asks
Jacob chucked "fine go get ready I will ask Helen to join too," saying that Jacob made his way towards his daughter's room and found her crying. He rushes towards her, makes her sit on his lap, and hugs her before start rubbing her back
"why my Heli baby is crying?" Jacob asks her.
"y-you are a-ask-kin-ng lik-ke yo-ou don't know," she said sobbingly. Jacob knows why she is crying.
"I know baby I know," he said wiping her tears "we have to be strong for him," Jacob said kissing her forehead but inside he knows, he is the weakest among them.
"w-what if he didn't m-make it?"
"he will make it, I know he is strong just like his twin," Jacob said while Helen smiled.
"really?"
"Really, now get ready we are going to my friend,"
"but uncle Seb is not here," Helen asked him confusedly.
"Yeah, I want you to meet my childhood friend," he said.
"wait a minute uncle Parker or Trey," she asks. His father's small friend circle from his childhood only she knows that after graduation they lost connection with them. Uncle Sebastian his best friend also moved to Chicago with his family after Bryson's birth. They always go to Chicago for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

"Dad, you said uncle Parker has a daughter?" Helen asks from the passenger seat where Jacob was driving and Bryson was in the back seat lost in his thoughts.
"yeah,"
"did she want to become my friend?" Helen asked. She has some friends but sometimes her friends get mean to her and they just become her friends to gain the attention of her twin.
"yes, why not?" Jacob ask
"Nothing," she said shrugging her shoulders.
Jacob looks at her confusedly but nods.

PEARL WINSTON POV ~
"dad, when will he come?" I ask impatiently to my dad who was completing another order. Today the shop is filled with lots of people because of which I can't able see the door and dad is not leaving me.
"They are on their way Pea," Dad said
"You are saying the same thing for 10 minutes," I said. When Uncle Jacob texted that he was going to visit I became so happy. It's been three days since I called him when he left without saying goodbye.
"PEAR!"
I hear his voice when I see him and run towards him, hugging him tightly. "I miss you Brysy,"
"I miss you too Pear, sorry I didn't say goodbye before," he said pulling back, and pulled out a cute bear key chain "an apology gift," he said giving it to Pearl.
"it's so cute!! Thank you soo!! much!! Brysy," I said hugging him again.
"I'm glad you like it Pear Bear,"
"Pear Bear?" I asked confusedly.
"Yeah, I call you Pear you love this bear so I will call you Pear Bear," Bryson explains.
"but then what do I call you?"
"Whatever you like,"

"if your reunion finishes, can I meet my little fish now?" I turn towards Uncle Jacob who opens his arms for a hug and I hug him
"How are you uncle Cob?" I ask him
"Good," he said I saw that there was a girl behind him. Maybe uncle notices my graze and he introduces us.
"Helen this is Pearl and Pearl this is my daughter Helen," She comes towards me but I move behind Bryson's back and start peeking.
"Sorry dear she is quite shy but once she becomes your friend she will become a magnet," dad said moving forward, "hello I'm Parker," he said pulling his hands out.
"Good afternoon uncle Parker," she said softly.
"J! It's been ages since the last time I saw you," dad said sarcastically, back hugging uncle Jacob.
"yeah and see how much you grow old my sarcastic Bast-Best Nerd you really hug me like our old teen days," he said looking at us.
"so Cat really changed you?" my dad asks
"yea- I mean of course not," Uncle Jacob changes the word, where my dad smirks.
"Oh yeah let me just call Cathay,"
"you don't have her nu-" he stops as my dad pulls out his phone and calls someone where uncle Jacob's eyes wind up in horror. "you can't just-"
"Hello, Jay-Jay?" a soft voice comes from another side as my dad puts the phone on speaker.
"hey Catie," my dad said. There was a long silence but then
"YOU SARCASTIC PARKER NERD WINSTON! WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU WITH JACOB ACE KNIGHT YOU BASEBALL-" a female voice shouted. Uncle Jacob snatches the phone from dad and hangs up.
"I will be dead," Uncle Jacob keeps muttering moving in to and fro motion.
"you didn't tell her about me?" my dad asks in a hurt voice.
"no it's not like that, she was busy and hardly home-"
"you don't need to explain everything, I will go back to my work and you better go and clear things with her." my dad said cutting him and then leaving for making another order.
"How about I take you all to the park?" uncle Jacob said.
"Park yes!" Bryson and Helen shouted together. They turn towards me and I turn towards dad, he was busy doing his work.
"don't worry he will not say no, go and ask,"

"Come here Pear Bear sit here," Bryson said pointing beside him on a swing I sat on and start swinging and start talking. A click sound breaks our conversation.
"Sorry kids but you both look cute that's why I took a picture," uncle Jacob said as Helen came towards him with a hopeful smile.
"Bry next will be my turn," Bryson only nodded and she went back to slide.
"dad, will you please stop taking our pictures?" Bryson asked irritatingly as uncle Jacob didn't stop taking our pictures.
"son I just want you both to memorize this day," he said
"We don't need to memorize dad, it's not like she is going away from us," Bryson said.
"fine you are right about that but some pictures won't hurt," he said grinning at Bryson.

THIRD-PERSON POV~
"BOO!!"
Pearl shouted from the top of her lungs as she almost fell from the counter when a soft hand caught her.
"Bryson it's bad manners to scare someone. What if she falls and gets hurt?" the woman shouted Bryson look down.
"PEA WHAT HAPP-" Parker shouted running out of the kitchen but stopped when he saw his old friend Cathay.
Cathay didn't waste a second punching his face before hugging him but before he hugs her back, Jason pulls her out.
"Stop it, it's enough," Jacob said
"Possessive jay-jay," Parker said mockingly. "we haven't seen each other for long," before Jacob said anything Cathay step on his foot hard.
"Ouch," Jacob said as his wife stepped on his foot and hugged Parker. She hardly hugs someone and Parker is her old friend too.
Pearl was glaring at Bryson as he scared her to death. Bryson was looking down knowingly that Pearl was going to blast on him.
"Sorry it was not my intention," Bryson said still looking down.
"but you did I won't talk to you anymore," she said folding her arms in front, Bryson lookup with winded eyes.
"no you can't do that," he said in horror
"yes I can," she said giving him a cheeky smile.
"no," he said kissing her left cheek, "you," he said kissing her right cheek, "can't" and he started tickling her. She almost fell again but this time Bryson caught her and she fell on top of him with a loud thud.
a click sound comes. "not again," Bryson said and looked up and saw this time it was his mom.
"what do you mean by not again? It's good to have a memorable pictu-" she stopped when she listens to a soft cry.
As Pearl falls on top of Bryson, almost crushing him, she starts to cry as she feels bad.
"what happened Pea? Are you hurt?" Parker asks as he picks her up in his arms. Jacob helps his son to stand up and asks 'are you okay?' where Bryson nodded at him.
"Dad, I fall on Bryson what if he doesn't want to be my friend anymore?" Pearl asks sobbingly.
"who said I would break our friendship?" Bryson asks.
"Pearl if he broke his friendship I will break his face," Cathay said wiping tears from Pearl's face. "Hi, I'm your aunt Cat, Bryson's mother,"
Pearl hides her face in her dad's neck as Parker keeps rubbing her back.
"she will be fine soon if I make her favorite ice cream I will come back with your order too," he turns but stops when he notices something missing "hmm where is Helen?"
Jacob and Cathay look at each other before nodding.
"We want to tell you something. We can talk about it after she calms down," Jacob said to Parker pointing toward crying Pearl. Parker nodded.

"what? you have another son?" Parker almost shouted as Jacob and Cathay told him about having another son. Pearl was taking a nap while Bryson was playing with her hair listening to his parents' conversation.
"his name is Hunter Ace Knight and he is suffering from dyspnea..." Cathay silently adds. After that, they told Parker the whole truth. Parker feels bad for Hunter's condition.
"-that's why we left Helen with him, yesterday we brought him back from the hospital," Jacob said
"I'm sorry, it's a lot to h-"
"no we are fine now infect happy to have you back," Cathay said with a smile.
"I hope to meet Hunter soon," Parker said with a smile.
"yes, we are here to invite you and your family to Thanksgiving," Cathay said with a smile.
"where is your wife? I haven't seen her?"
"she is NOT my wife," Parker said with a sigh "we just live together for Pearl, she spends her time with her boyfriend.... can we not talk about it? I will come with Pearl and meet Hunter,"
Jacob and Cathay nodded. They don't know what to say. Parker is happy that's all that matters to them.

"This is our elder son Hunter," Cathay introduces to Parker and Pearl on thanksgiving.
"Hello, uncle Parker and Pearl," Hunter great them.
Pearl like always runs and hides behind Bryson. Bryson asked her to come out and meet his brother she refused, so he moved aside and Pearl ran again and then hide behind Helen. Helen also does the same parents already go out so she was alone with Knight's siblings.
"come on Pearl you need to become my friend just like you become friends with my siblings." Hunter said pulling his hand out "I'm Hunter," she looked at Bryson and he nodded and she shakes her hand with Hunter.
"Pearl," she said with a small voice.
"of course, I know who you are Bryson talks a lot about how beaut-" before he finishes Bryson starts chasing him shouting for him to stop exposing him. Helen comes between them and asks them to stop.
"If you guys didn't stop running I will call dad," she said coming between them then she turns towards Hunter and glares "did you forget doctor asked you to do?"
"sometimes is an exception," Hunter hissed
"yes, sometimes, now I'm ordering you to stop, I'm older than you did you forget?!" Helen shouted.
"fine! please stop shouting like a madwoman," Hunter said surrendering.
Pearl giggles Bryson moves towards her "You look cute in this dress,"
"thank you, you look beautiful too," Peal said Bryson chucked.
"it's handsome, not beautiful but it's okay," Bryson said kissing her cheek.
"kids come and have a seat," Cathay said the dinner went amazing, as both families enjoyed it as Pearl became normal around.
