"You said Maco was the impatient type. How come he hasn't tried anything?" I asked Kyle.
"I'm surprised as well. He didn't even ask for the crystal ball." Kyle said.
"Do you guys think he has something else other than taking your powers planned?" Melanie asked.
"Our situation right now is definetely pointing to that direction." Delanie said.
I got up on my feet. "We can't just sit down here and wait for Maco to do what he wants. We have to at least try to escape." I said.
"It's impossible to escape this dungeon. I already explained it to you before." Kyle said to me.
"It doesn't mean we can't try." I said to Kyle.
I went to the door of the dungeon, holding on to it's bars I checked to see if anyone was there. There was a single demon keeping watch and I signalled him to come over.
"What do you think you are doing?" Kyle came beside me and whispered.
"Just watch and see." I told Kyle.
The demon came closer and I recodnized him to be the stupid on that Maco always hit for getting things wrong.
"Hey." I said to him.
"What do you want?" he asked me.
"Nothing. The real question is what do you want?" I said to him and he turned to walk away.
"Wait wait wait." I rushed to say and he stopped.
"Look. I know the way Maco treats you. Don't you want to be free?" I asked and he seemed interested.
"When I defeat Maco I will be taking back the throne as well and I will make him your slave instead." I offered.
The demon didn't seem satisfied with what I offered him and he shook his head. I got confused.
"Then what do you want?" I asked him. The demon looked over at Melanie and Delanie who were inside the dungeon with us.
I felt my heart catch on fire and I so wanted to punch his face but I held myself back. I could see Kyle loosing it already. The girls themselves didn't even know what we were discussing.
"It's a deal." I said to the demon and he looked like a happy hyena.
He took out the keys and unlocked the door. Immediately the door was opened, I and Kyle punched him straight on the face at the same time.
"That feels much better." I said.
"Tell me about it." Kyle said in agreement.
"How did you guys..." Melanie was going to ask.
"No time for questions. We have to move." I said.
"Come on Delanie." Kyle said and held Delanie's hand as I held Melanie's.
We escaped the dungeon together then got to the throne room where Maco was.
"Ready?" I asked them in a whisper." They all nodded their heads.
First the girls came up in front of Maco. When he saw them he almost choked on the wine he was drinking. "How did you two get out of there?!" he shouted then he looked around right after.
"Where are those two?!" Maco asked.
"What two?" Delanie asked back.
"Don't play dumb with me you pest! Where is Denver and Kyle! If you two got out then they also did." Maco said.
"Then why don't you go and find them? Don't expect us to tell you." Melanie said to Maco.
"Guards!" Maco called and in one sound of his voice about twenty demons appeared.
"Spread out! Find Denver and Kyle! If these two are still here then so are they!" Maco shouted. The demons scattered about everywhere looking for us while we just stood there at the side of the entrance invisible as they passed us by.
Maco made the ground hold Melanie's and Delanie's feet in place. They beacme stuck there and could not move.
"I told you we should have gone the other way. Now look at the mess you have gotten us into!" Delanie yelled at Melanie.
"It doesn't matter what way we go stupid! This is the demon realm. Where do you expect to escape top?!" Melanie yelled back.
Maco looked like he was about to loose it from their arguement. They hadn't even started yet.
"Then maybe you should have said that earlier before I busted us out!" Delanie said then covered her mouth with her hands.
Maco froze in his tracks then he looked at Delanie. "What did you say?" Maco asked.
Delanie said nothing. "What did you say?!" Maco shouted to her face.
"Nothing of your concern." Delanie said.
Maco laughed and laughed.
"You busted everyone out of the dungeon?" Maco asked, still laughing.
He then put on a serious face from nowhere. "No one can escape that dungeon." he stated.
"Yes I can." Delanie said.
"Shut up idiot!" Melanie told Delanie.
"No! I'm tired of you all always telling me what to do and what not to do. From now on you can all help your own selves." Delanie said then looked Maco straight in the eyes.
"I am the one with Kyle's powers and the remaining half of Denver's powers now.
Maco looked shocked. Melanie put on a disappointed face.
"What?! That is impossible! You expect me to believe that those two trusted you with their powers?!" Maco yelled.
"Who said I was trusted? Posing as my sister here after I over heard their conversation got me the powers I very well deserved." Delanie said to Maco.
"And no I will use it to destroy you." Delanie added.
"If indeed you have their powers then you wouldn't still be stuck to the ground." Maco said to Delanie.
"I love to be underestimated." Delanie said and Kyle used his powers to get her freed. Maco seemed to be falling for our little trick.
"You worthless piece of..."
"Shut up! If i so wished then I'd end your life right this minute." Delanie said to Melanie.
"Maco. I am willing to hand over the powers to you but uner one condition." Delanie said.
"What is it?" Maco asked.
