Greenwood city was located in the Eastern part of the Evergreen empire . The climate of the city all year round was literally hot . Greenwood city have the total population of 2 million people as it was considered the largest city that was only inferior to the capital city . The place was quite mystical as it had twin mountains that looked like it was divided by a sword strike .
Legend has that it was god that sent down Divine punishment on mortals which resulted in the division of the mountain . The legend was no longer credible now as many people believed that it was a void level being that cleaved the mountain into two but no one actually know what exactly happened to the mountain .As one of the largest city in the empire , it had 2 sects and 3 families that are dominating it .
  The city lord was appointed by the emperor to govern the city . Although the position of the city lord looks powerful but in the end it was the 3 great families and 2 sects that was controlling the city . The Wart family , Dawn family and Rayden family have dominated the city for countless of years now. Ethereal sect and Nothern peak sect have less power when compared to the 3 families . Somewhere a bit far from the city , the space split open as a figure stumbled out of it before falling to the ground in an awkward manner . Elvis sighed as he stood up from the ground . He was feeling a bit dizzy because he could not adapt to how quick the space passage was . He looked at the distant city and gussed that it must be the Greenwood city . He decided to walk to the city because it was not so far anyway. 
  Just along the path , he meet an old man and a young child that were carrying the goods they wanted to sell to the city . He walked towards them as he would not mind having a company . The old man felt someone walking towards them from the back so he turned back and saw a handsome young man that was dressed in black with a strange seal on his forehead . He carried an extraordinary aura that you can not find in an ordinary human being.
He became vigilant as he wondered what he wanted from them . The old man quickly stood in front of the young girl as he looked at Elvis warily . Elvis smiled as he saw the vigilance on the old man face . He raised his two hands playfully like he was surrendering and said with a smile " old man , no need to be nervous because I will not harm you ". The old man looked at him suspiciously but Elvis shrugged his shoulders and said "What can I benefit from you even if I intend to rob you ". 
  The old man visibly relaxed because he was very poor so he had nothing that will attract Elvis to steal from except the foodstuffs they wanted to sell in the city . A cute face peeped out from the back of the old man as she stared at Elvis . Elvis smiled at at the small child as she smiled back sweetly and hide immediately behind her Grandpa back .Elvis walked up to the old man and helped him in pushing his food carriage .
The old man was frightened as he felt that the carriage will dirty and stress Elvis because he looked like someone with a prominent background . Elivis shook his head and said "No problem , I am very comfortable so don't worry ". Just like that the trio journyed to the city. Who knew that the destiny of the old man and the young girl changed because of that encounter . The calamity king that slaughtered his way into the abyss and challenged the abyssal monarchs was born but it was a story for another day. 
  The journey was not long as they reached the entrance of the gate within an hour . Elvis helped them pay for their gate fee as they walked inside the city . Along the way, he had discovered that the old man and the young girl was from a nearby village and they make a living by selling some crops they grow. The parents of Miran died due to beast attack so since then the old man was taking care of his only granddaughter . Elvis had taken a liking to the old man because of his good personality .So he decided to accompany them for a while as they went to sell their goods at their usual place .They chatted as they moved about. Suddenly , sounds of a galloping horse was heard as it can be seen speeding and hitting people on it's way . The raider was a young man with an arrogant expression as he simply rode his horse without minding that he is injuring people.
 Elvis frowned as he found the behavior to be unacceptable . The old man was on the way of the horse so he tried to move but he accidentally slipped and fell to the ground . The young man did not mind that someone was in front of him as he kept coming . Elvis looked coldly at the young man as he came forward . A strange force smashed the horse and the young man was sent flying into the air as he smashed into the ground. The whole place became quite as they looked at the strange occurance . The young man stood up furiously as he looked at the old man "you must have a death wish , kill him!!". He ordered with intense hatred in his eyes. The guards following the young man rushed forward as they raised their weapons against the old man .
  The eyes of Elvis glinted coldly as he exploded with his aura . Booom!!!. The guards were sent flying as many of them vomited blood in the air . They were very weak with only few of them being martial master . The young man turned and looked at Elvis with rage "Do not interfer in something that is not your concern ". Elvis smiled playfully as he said "what if I insist in interfering in this matter?. The young man said coldly "Then you have to bear the consequences of your action ". Elvis folded his arms as he looked at the young man and asked "What can you do to me?". The people around the area started whispering "Who is this young man that is bold enough to offend the heir of the Dawn family , is he seeking death or what ?". 
  The heir of the Dawn family was known to be a tyrant by everyone in the city and nobody can do anything about it since he came from a strong family . it was rumoured that he once raped a girl and got away with it without any punishment. The young man sneered in disdain and said "While you maybe strong in front of my family you are still an ant ". Elvis was bored talking to the man as he walked up to the old man and helped him up . Elvis Totally ignored the young man as he carefully helped the old man sit down in a corner .
Angry at being ignored , the young man grabbed at Miran who was by the side as he intended to vent his anger on her . The eyes of Elvis flashed with killing intent as he slammed his palm forward. A terrifying force sent the young man flying as he smashed across various walls before stopping. He vomited blood as he was severely injured . Elivis disappeared and appeared at the place he landed . He gripped the young man by the neck and said "To me , you are less than an ant ".
