DENVO MONTEVALLO is happily spending time with four beautiful women he has paid to entertain him at the Paradise Club. He is with his right hand, Enrique Morales, who is his assistant in everything and one of the people he trusts the most. They were still wearing office clothes, and it didn't bother them since he was the CEO of Montevallo Corp after all. So, it's not a big deal if he misses his meetings and doesn't show up for work. His mother, the chairman of the board, is there to do the work. His mother also takes care of everything about the business, and him? Of course, there is nothing to do but waste their money. It was just a coin for him and his mother. They had more than a trillion dollars in the bank, not including all the wealth left by his late father-in-law. He doesn't care about the old man, it's a good thing that he's dead. He doesn't have any problems anymore because when the old man was still alive, only sermons and comparisons were heard from him. He is not his real father either. Where is his real father? He didn't care anymore, maybe the demons had taken him to serve Satan. The most significant thing now is that they already own all of his late father's fortune. Fortunately, the old man had no idea about his true identity—that they were not blood relatives. Coincidentally, their lives are even worse than the unico hijo which is Aleja, the favorite son of his step-father. 'It has been twenty years after that bast*rd entered jail and I know he'll disappear forever. I don't need to worry about anything because I already defeated that bast*rd a long time ago. Good for him, he wouldn't have to stay in my life anymore. What a good life I have,' his lips formed into a smug. He came back to reality when the door opened. His bodyguard, Red, emerged from here. "Young Master, Ms. Evangeline is already here," he told his boss. Denvo nodded, then turned his gaze to the four women huddled around him. "You're dismissed," he commanded them. Their faces frowned. "When will you call us again?" muttered the woman wearing a yellow dress. He looked at the woman emotionless. "Did I tell you to speak?" The woman swallowed and the three also felt nervous so they hurried to get out of the room. Enrique also ordered the two women with him to leave as well. So, there were only two of them left now. Denvo rolled his eyes and leaned back in the leather chair. His long-awaited guest, who was none other than Samara Evangeline, the owner of Paradise Club, entered the room. "Mr. Montevallo, I'm happy to see you here in my Club," she greeted him and sat. "Likewise, I'm surprised that you didn't turn our meeting down," he said as he grabbed a drink and swallowed it. Samara smiled a bit. "Who am I to reject you, right?" Denvo sneered. "What would you like to drink? I'm the one who asked you out, so, order whatever you want. It's on me," Denvo added. Samara shook her head. "I can't drink, I still have another meeting to attend to later. I'm okay with water," she replied back as she grabbed a glass of water on the table. Denvo nodded. "I won't beat around the bush, let's get straight to the point. Have you already considered my offer to you?" he knitted his brows as he glanced at her. "That's the reason why I'm here... to tell you that I'll accept your offer." "Great!" Denvo exclaimed a suspicious smile plastering on his lips. He snapped at Enrique signaling him to hand over the contract. But before Enrique could pass the contract, Samara spoke up, "But... I just want to know what's your intention, I mean, you know—" she paused, crossed her legs and leaned her back on the leather couch to relax her back. "Paradise club is my life. I devoted my whole life just to build this and to became successful up 'til now. I won't let anyone ruin and mess with it. And let me warn you, I show no mercy," her gaze is as sharp as glass as if she's threatening him. She knows that he's no good. He's a very dangerous man when it comes to business. She was shocked when she heard that this asshole wants to work with her as a business partner. He offered a big deal, making her sure she won't refuse the offer. But to disappoint him, no one can threaten her. Even if it will lead her to her own grave, she won't shake. She must use every ounce of her wits and strength to defy her foes. "Of course, I have good intentions. What more else?" He let out a small laughter. "Like what I've said, I'm planning to expand this club and make a franchise, not only here but in the whole country, and next? Around the world. I know, it'll not be easy but—for having someone who has the power to achieve all of that, this will be your advantage." He smirked proudly. "How about the medicine you introduced last time? You said, you will sell it here as a way of promoting it to the public and making your company more well-known in terms of creating effective medicine to change the world." Samara's brows raised. Montevallo Corporation is a company that creates new medicines for ill people. Their mission is to save the world and most of all, cure the impossible. The ex-chairman, Alejandro Montevallo, who happened to die early due to an unknown reason, has been working all his life to create a very effective medicine but everything has put in vain because of some greedy man that took over his hard work. Their company is all about medicine. The company is surrounded by scientists and doctors to make the impossible—possible. Now that Samara mentioned the medicine, Denvo grinned suspiciously while Enrique successfully passed the contract to him. "It's a good medicine, good for all the types of people here in your club. I will use this club as my first customers," he uttered and handed her the contract. "Please," he said, pointing to her the contract. Samara faked a smile and held the contract. "How can I sign it if there's no pen?" Denvo snapped his fingers to signal Enrique. "H-here," Enrique mumbled and immediately went to Samara to hand her a pen but unfortunately, when Enrique was about to hand the pen to Samara, the glass of water she was holding splashed on the contract, making their eyes grow wide open. "Omo~~!" Samara gasped when the contract got ruined. "I'm..." she looked at Denvo with sad eyes. In a flash, Denvo grabbed the wine glass and threw it on Enrique's head, hitting him. The sound of broken glass that smashed on Enrique's head made Samara tremble in fear, making her jump off her feet. Blood kept dripping on Enrique's forehead. "Stupid! Do you know how much I spent to make that fucking exclusive contract, you damned bastard?! Get out!" he outraged. Enrique swallowed hard as his eyes got blurry. "I'm—" Now, Denvo grabbed a bottle of whiskey and threw it on Enrique's stomach. Enrique felt pain but nonetheless, he didn't show any sign of it. "Did you not hear me?!I said, leave!" he retorted. Enrique immediately stood up and bowed before leaving the room. Samara was frozen on her seat, not knowing what to respond. Denvo took a deep sigh. "Let's just sign the contract next time we meet," he said, now in a calmer manner but his stares are threatening. Samara gazed at him, still shaking. Nonetheless, she shook her head and said, "Yes."
