"I can't believe I'm telling all if these to you, but it alk boils down to his thirst and obsession with power. And that's not all... I think it's time for you to know my family's real identity." Michele faltered on his words.
"Please stop with the cliffhanger, Michele! What do you want me to know about your family? The suspense is killing me!" cajoled Clarissa.
"I'm sorry for keeping a secret from you, Clarissa. But I hope it won't change your mind about dating me." Michele is clearly worried and anxious.
Clarissa lovingly held Michele hand, to give him emotional support.
"You can trust me..." she gave him words of encouragement.
Michele feels much better after hearing those words from Clarissa. It really means a lot to him, because he feels much braver.
"Clarissa, my family is the head of the organized Mafia crime group, which is notoriously called as "La Famiglia." he started.
Clarissa looked a bit taken back when she heard the words "organized Mafia crime group." 
"I never thought that Mafia groups still exist up until this day. But what does an organized mafia grouo exactly do?" she started to get more and more interested.
"The La Famiglia has lots of businesses. But my father's business is mainly on weapons. And if you're wondering if it's illegal, the answer is yes." explained Michele.
"But tell me, Michele... Are you actively involved in your father's business?" Clarissa inquired.
"Would you believe me if I say no?" asked Michele.
Clarissa looked at Michele straight into his eyes. Deep inside her heart, she believes in this man. He bravely confessed to her about his family's background because he trusts her.
"Yes, I believe in you." she responded, in a firm and confident tone.
Michele's lips curved into a small smile. He kissed Clarissa's hand, showing his love and devotion towards her.
"I appreciate your trust in me, love. Anyway, let me tell you everything about my family... I already told you that my father is a member of an organized mafia crime group which is called "La Famiglia." I also want to tell you that my father is the "Godfather" of the "La Famiglia." He is on top of the pyramid and he controls the other four members of the firm. And eversince I was born, I was already destined to take over the "Godfather" seat in the future. But I told my father from the very beginning that I don't want to be connected with La Famiglia, but he still insists on putting me on the seat of power because I am his one and only heir." Michele patiently explains everything.
Clarissa suddenly thought of something after hearing all of those information from Michele.
"Don't tell me that your father is trying to scare me because of you? Is he thinking that I'm taking you away from them?" 
Michele nodded, while looking glum.
"And not just that... You see, my father did a deal with another member of the La Famiglia which is the Vitale Family. My father wanted me to marry the daughter of the Vitale clan, to form a strong alliance between the two families." he added.
"I totally understand the whole picture now." Clarissa enunciated.
"I had a talk with my father and I told him that I don't have any plans to marry the daughter from any families. In addition to that, I've already decided to cut off my ties from my father." Michele continues on with his story.
"Oh my... Are you alright? Does it really have to end like this? Maybe you could still talk to your family and come in good terms with them?" Clarissa was obviously worried for Michele.
"To be honest, it's hard to leave my family, but I didn't have any choice... We have to be mentally, emotionally and physically ready from now on. My father will do something else to scare with us and get what he wants.But I promise you, I will do anything and everything within my power to protect you." Michele made a promise to Clarissa.
"But I didn't want you to cut ties from your family just because of me. I know that you can still do something to somehow fix your relationship with your family. At least you could try." Clarissa pleaded.
She thinks that blood is thicker than water, and whatever happens, family is still important.
She's hoping and praying that Michele and his father can mend their broken relationship. They're still father and son...

"When are you going to announce my engagement with Michele, daddy?" Celeste Vitale asked her father, while they are having a nice and lovely dinner.
"Well, I know you're excites about your engagement with Michele Montserrat, but I still need to have one final talk with Michael Montserrat. And once everything is set, we'll be able to announce your engagement on your 25th birthday party." Carlo Vitale smilingly told his daughter.
"That sounds good, Daddy." Celeste nodded in agreement.
"If all goes well, then you'll be marrying your beloved prince, honey." Mrs. Amanda Vitale, smilingly told Celeste. She is clearly  happy and excited for her daughter's engagement.
"Oh, yes, mommy. I will be Mrs. Michele Montserrat soon, and I feel like I'm walkinv in the clouds because of happiness." Celeste responded, as her eyes sparkled in excitement.
She and Michele have been childhood friends, and they've been together since their births. They were inseparable since their pre-school days, up until their College days. Eventhough it's not really official and even if they don't have a label in their relationship, the two of them are very much aware that they are going to be married in the future. 
Celeste has been inlove with Michele for ages now. And being his wife and being a mother to his future children is a dream for her.
She can't wait to get married to her first love and one great love...

Michael Montserrat is currently in a meeting with one of head of La Famiglia, which is Carlo Vitale.
